    I see the “Get a FREE SAMPLE of Shampoo, Conditioner or Treatment” then the
    “Start now ” button. When I click on “Start now” & click on a hair type, it takes me to a full price page. How do I get a free sample?

      Kim, Did you click on the Get a Free Sample at the bottom (after you click on the hair type)? Once you click, “Get a Free Sample”, scroll down and there should be a form for you to fill out. If this was not it, maybe the site was messed up. I just did it and it worked fine for me.

        Thanks! I was tired & not feeling well earlier this week. I just didn’t see it. My sample is on it’s way!! Love those samples!! They’re like getting a present in the mail! :)
