Okay, so this is a rather unique giveaway today. And I almost passed it up.
Then I realized that this might not be the most exciting giveaway ever, but it could be one of the most practical giveaways ever. Because I heartily believe ever family needs to have a safe.
It’s a no-brainer thing, no matter where you live. There might be a fire. There might be a flood. There might be a break-in.
Having your important papers in a safe could save you hours of time and effort in the event of a catastrophe that destroys or damages your home. In addition, a safe can protect your valuables from being destroyed or stolen.

I would so love to win this for my daughter. She has a problem with her brother having sticky fingers. We bought her a really nice Nikon camera for Christmas and she had it for about 6 months and her brother stole it among other things that he has taken from her

My husband and I have been looking for an inexpensive safe – and thought we might have to settle for just a lock-box. I have my fingers crossed! We mainly just want it for important documents – my husband’s savings bonds, bank account information, social security cards, student loan documents, marriage certificates, etc. Mainly, I just want everything in one place, so all my husband and I need to do in case of a fire (or a flood, etc) is just grab the safe and be on our way. I would also include an envelope of cash. I remember a terrible power outage in my home town that knocked out every ATM within a few miles, and every store was unable to accept debit/credit cards.
We were actually looking for something smaller than this one, mainly for financial reasons, but if I were to have a safe of this size, it would be great for other valuables. My husband has a large silver coin collection worth quite a bit of money, and he has several old photographs of his grandparents during WWII that he keeps in a desk drawer.
I highly doubt we’ll have a flood, or a fire, or any other sort of natural disaster, but it gives me a piece of mind, and you never know what’s going to happen. By having all of your valuables in one place, you don’t have to run around and waste time trying to remember where everything’s located, and you won’t forget anything because it’s all essentially “packed” for you.

It would be so nice to have a secure place to keep our important papers and certain heirlooms. I can’t wait until the drawing!

I’m glad you didn’t pass on this! We just updated our wills and the lawyer asked if we had a safe to store them in, so I’ll be hoping to win this. If not, I’ll be checking out their website.

This is an awesome giveaway! A really good safe can be expensive. I have a safe, but I doubt it would hold up to someone really, really wanting to get inside. And you’re right; it’s not something most families want to spend their extra cash on. Thanks for doing this!

This would have been nice to have when our home was burglarized. All our jewelry and money (change jar) was taken. Starting over from scratch buying jewelry really stinks. Especially after 20 yrs. of marriage. Not to mention on this day I had left my wedding bands at home because my fingers were swelled. Also, my class ring. So, in my case, this is a really nice giveaway
