We love breakfast for dinner too! I almost had it on our menu this week also, but changed it to try some new things.

Trying some new recipes this week, sweet potato lasagna roll ups, stuffed acorn squash and sun-dried tomato pasta with walnuts.

Planning a little freezer cooking session to accommodate my recently diagnosed food intolerances including gluten, wheat, eggs, and dairy.

I’m trying a few new recipes this week. Tonight’s first dish was pretty good.

All of our dishes are free of wheat, dairy, soy, egg, peanut, & corn….but usually quite tasty!

I have made the butterhorn recipe in the past, so yummy. I will be making them for Thanksgiving again this year as they are popular with my family. I am going to try out your oatmeal chocolate chip pancake recipe. I made some regular pancakes on saturday for our breakfast my family really loves pancakes.

This week we will be having a few freezer meals, a couple of freezer meals that are new to us and a crock pot meal too. Here is my full menu,

Do they taste similar to crescent rolls?

      • Shelly November 12, 2012 at 10:46 pm

Yes they are like the crescent rolls and oh so good.

  • Diana November 12, 2012 at 10:05 pm

The apple cake is delicious–I made a maple glaze to go on top which made it even better! The rolls look really good too :)

I nearly didn’t make a menu plan this week but life is so much harder when I don’t. For the sake of my family and my sanity here’s what we’re eating this week.

    Probably.

Here is my meal plan for the whole month of November. We are having “practice Thanksgiving” this Thursday! :) It’s a chance for my little family to sit together and celebrate Thanksgiving without the craziness of the actual holiday.

I’m so late in the game — but I did get my menu posted this week. It’s been months — so feels good to get back on the menu planning wagon. http://wp.me/p1sFpi-zn
