Thank you so much for all you do and letting the Lord shine thru you and being willing to be used by Him. Wondering how long you’ll let your kielbasa slow cooker dinner cook for. We have all those ingredients on-hand, so it would make a great addition for us next week. Will you add any sauces? I think minimally S &P and a little garlic powder would do the trick for us. 🙂

I never thought of doing kielbasa in the crock pot. That’s a good idea.
I’m enjoying the benefits of having a full freezer this week. I don’t mind the cooking, but nnot having to do as many dishes is a treat!

I’m looking forward to seeing what your recipe is for the chicken pizza pockets. It’s only Monday and I’ve already pulled a switcheroo with my menu. We had been planning on having baked haddock one night but there was a great sale on perch so we ended up having a fish fry instead!

We just do about 3-4 oranges for every 1-2 big whole carrots. Great way to get lots of nutrition!

We have been doing easier meals, which has really helped out the grocery budget as well. In fact, I am just on my way into the kitchen to make a homemade Roasted Tomato-Basil Soup and Grilled Cheese for less than $0.50 per serving.

Our family of 4 cooks dinner for an average of $5 each meal, by “shopping” from my freezer and pantry instead of paying shelf prices. Your haystacks look so yummy! I may have to put that on our meal plan for next week. I am so excited about our Food Allergy Menu for this week. It has a nice collection of fall dishes & easy to throw together dinners. Tonight, I cooked a Savory Pork Tenderloin, but the meat was a large piece. I cut it in half and seasoned the other half with a bbq rub to turn into pulled bbq pork later in the week. I love being able to kill 2 “pigs” with 1 stone 🙂
