Jingit is a simple way to earn a little money online for watching ads or for taking surveys.
Just sign up for a free account, complete a 30-second registration process, and you can then click on ads available to watch. You’re not going to get rich watching ads from Jingit, but it’s a nice way to earn a little extra side money!

On the Box Tops for Education Facebook page, posts made by others, were also talking about earning EBox Tops by watching the commercials. I’m in (well I will be when I’m not so far behind on work).

I’ve been a part of Jingit for about a year now. It is a good way to make a little extra money. When it first started out I was making about $5 a week. Then they had to restructure, and are just now getting back to having regular ads. Between last week and this I’ve made over $12 I’m not sure that it will continue, as they seem to have up and then slow times.
IF you have a smartphone you can make the most. (I don’t so I don’t do that part) If you do you can go into stores (Walmart right now) and scan barcodes for certain items…I have heard that people can do quite well doing this. They don’t sign you up for any subscriptions or anything..they just use your cell phone number so you can check in and earn money. They never charge for anything.
The other way is on the actual site. You just watch ads for a bit. (The amount/hr is what you would actually be earning if you watched that ad for a whole hr. They basically want to put it into perspective to show you that for example you’re earning say .20 for an ad that lasts 60 seconds if you were doing it for an hr you would make like $20)
And they also have where you can earn around the web (right now on Walmart.com) there are links at the top of the jingit sign in page (before you sign in – so if you don’t see them sign out)
I just do the site and the web and like I said have made over $10 in the last 2 weeks (but only made .12 today…so it’s all relative.
The referrals are to up how much you can earn in a week. As far as I know (unless they changed it) you don’t actually make any money from referrals, it just gives you more chance to earn more (provided they have the ads…or you can do the phone check in)
I think I’ve answered everyone’s questions that were here. I hope this helps a bit. You don’t necessarily earn a lot at one time, but it does add up..and for watching an ad for usually less than a minute, its not that bad.

Its pretty rotten that you have to have a cell phone. Not everyone has a cell phone or even texting.

Hmmm…a little unimpressed with this. It “let” me earn a whopping 22 cents and then said I should check back later for more “earning opportunities”. Think my time may be worth a BIT more. Looks like the way to make money is through referrals – I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

I am wondering about the rates too? and what is the $20.81/hr rate thing mean?

Looks like a great idea. I clicked through to give it a try but it’s only available to people in the U.S. Just though I’d let the Canadian readers know this. 🙂

How much is a little extra money? How much could someone expect to earn in a months time?
Candi says
Looks like it caps out at $15 per week.
