Update: All the free ebooks are now gone!
My friend, Stephanie, recently released very helpful ebook on menu-planning called Plan It, Don’t Panic. I read it last week and was so inspired. Even though I’ve been menu planning for years, her ebook breathed new life into my resolve to menu plan and gave me lots of helpful suggestions and fresh advice.
If you’ve been looking for some step-by-step help to get started planning menus, you’ll definitely want to check out her ebook. Stephanie’s goals in writing Plan It, Don’t Panic were to help you:
- Stop spending too much money and start making the most of every grocery dollar.
- Avoid the stress and panic of what to cook each night for dinner.
- Serve your family more balanced, healthful meals (rather than resorting to convenience or compromise foods).
Beyond that, she also wanted to dig into some of the more specific and practical aspects of meal planning:
- Find the method of meal planning that will suit you and your family best
- Tweak and perfect your meal planning style with unique tips and strategies
- Make it easier to work around special/restrictive dietary needs
- Become a grocery-shopping ninja and never go to the store without a genius plan in place for maximizing your money
- Learn how leftovers can become your best friends in the kitchen
- As well as how to store your recipes, easily find your favorites, plan for hectic times, and even what to do when you mess up.
She also includes suggestions on freezer cooking and seasonal cooking. You want to know one of my favorite parts of the ebook? She included full four weeks of meal plans at the back of the ebook plus helpful planning forms.
Today only, Stephanie is offering 50 free copies today to the first 50 people who buy my book and fill out the form below.

I bought my book late last night. Any chance I can do this today?
Yes, you absolutely can!
Looks like I missed the first 50? The form doesn’t seem to be working. Oh well, I’m still so excited to read your book, I purchased it with a gift card I received for Christmas. You have been a huge blessing to me Crystal
If you tried to fill it out and it didn’t work for you, email me: moneysavingmom @ gmail.com — I’m so sorry for the issues!
Thank you!
Hi there! I just tried to buy your book and get the free ebook, but for some reason it won’t let me. I am not sure what else to do? Has anyone else run into a problem? I would love both books – they both sound awesome! Thanks for your help – Lisa Brown
Email me if it’s not working for you. I think her site is having issues: moneysavingmom @ gmail.com
Hi Crystal,
I too, ordered your book and could not get the link to work. But I did email you just in case the ebooks weren’t all gone! Thanks! Can’t wait to read it!
I purchased it the other night when you had the free download from Life as mom, but i haven’t received anything.
Was that from Simple Mom? Can you email me? I’ll make sure you get your download. My apologies on that! moneysavingmom @ gmail.com
Yes, it was. I’m sorry, I couldn’t remember for sure what “mom” it was. lol:) leejeagle@hotmail.com
Thank you!
I am having the same issue. I bought your book about 20-30 min ago and when I try to fill out the form it says “Forbidden”. You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Just ordered and I got the forbidden page as well for the ebook. I’ll email. thanks
Im just wishing I waited instead of pre ordering it because of all these great deals I didnt know about!!
I do love the book though
I just bought Stephanie’s ebook today. It is FANTASTIC!! She always does such a wonderful job. I absolutely loved her Real Food Real Budget ebook too…probably one of the best I ever ready on the topic. I love how detailed she is in both of them.
I purchased my book at 5pm this evening and had the same problem, kept getting the forbidden page. Can I still get the free ebook?
Email me: I’m so sorry for the issues! moneysavingmom @ gmail.com
