Or, you can pick up a copy at your local Barnes & Noble or Books-A-Million store (you might call ahead first, I’ve heard not all stores have it on their shelves yet).

    I had the same thing happen as Tina. I filled out the information around 8:40 last night and after I bought the book and filled out the form, the page showed that your offer expired.
