Update: Some are saying this is not SensoTouch and others are saying this razor is. I haven’t been able to confirm either way officially, but I’ll let you know if I do. Be sure to read the comments on this post for more details and other coupon match-up possibilities.

Walmart reportedly has the Philips Norelco 7340XL Electric Razors on rollback for $34.97 right now (originally $59.99).

If you find this price at your store, you can use the $30/1 coupon from the 8/14 SmartSource insert or the December All You magazine to get this for just $4.97!

Thanks for the heads up Money Saving Mom. I just got back from Walgreens, and got a razor for $4.99. The manager saw me looking at the razors and I explained to him that I wasn’t sure it would work. He said lets give it a try and it went right through. :)

I probably didn’t get the best razor for this deal, but I went to Walmart and looked at a display of razors. They had a Norelco 7310 for $27.97 so I picked up 2 (one for hubby and one for my son) and I had to hunt for 2 All You December magazines but I found them. I told the clerk that I did not want the razors if the coupon did not work, so we left the coupon in the magazine and she scanned the razors and then the coupon and it worked. I got the 2 razors for FREE. But had to then buy the mags so I could tear out the coupon. Free is the BEST price of all!

I got one tonight in Oregon. I expected it to beep and even was prepared with a specs sheet that I printed. No beeping nothing. Ours was 38.00 so I got it for 8. Thought to try to get them to price match it to the website, but I have tried that before and they claim they do not have to price match to the website. So I would rather get the $30.00 off.. The cashier was so impressed that she plans to get one too!!

I am going to get more Magazines and get one for my dad, and 2 BIL.

Walmart’s website has it on rollback and the description says “SensoTouch” under “Features”.

Got 4 of these today at Walmart in Colerain Ohio for $2.49 + tax/each (the cost of All You magazine is the 2.49). They were priced at 27.97 and they had a huge display of them set up for the holidays. I did not get any overage. The was no register beep except for manager override for the high total amount of the coupons I used. Yay!!

Thanks for the heads up Crystal!!! I purchased 2 of the All You mags and will head out tomorrow with the Norelco spec page printed to get me 2 razors for my boys for Christmas! I’m so excited :)
Listed in the 7000 series, you can clearly see where it states for 7310XL:
“Comfortably close
• SensoTouch Shavers with patented Super Lift&Cut Action
• StaySharp steel for a comfortably close shave”

That’s all I need to know to show the cashier and mgmt! You Rock!

The Wal-Mart in New Boston, OH had this coupon printed out on a paper with the $89 razor. They wouldn’t even try to use the coupon and said they had been told by management that was the only razor to use it on.

Today I went to Walgreens armed with 2 coupons and 2 boxes of the 7300 series razors, the spec page from the manufacturer website (stating it uses the SensorTouch razor heads and grabbed one of the replacement heads (as proof); which, clearly states it is a SensorTouch replacement. Both the box and the replacement head box stated it was the HQ8 razor.
After speaking with 2 managers there was no way they could deny that the 7000 series razor uses SensorTouch and since the coupons state ANY SensorTouch they honored it. It took about 5 minutes of coaxing and now backing down but they honored it.
Also, Walgreens had this 7310 razor on sale from $37.99 to $34.99.
2 AllYou magazines at $2/each, 2 razors $4.99/each = $14 total for 2 razors plus a cpl magazines with additional coupons!
WIN!

At my walmart they wouldn’t use it since it did not say sensotouch on the box, but my Lakeland, FL walgreens did. :) Worked like a charm!

I’m a couponing newbie but I PULLED THIS OFF AND I’M SO PROUD I DID A LITTLE HAPPY DANCE TO MY CAR! I went to the walmart on rt. 59 in aurora il this afternoon, tried to get the norelco 7300 for 27.95 free with the 30 off coupon, and got one of those humiliating scenarios where the cashier looks at the coupon and won’t even scan it because the picture is different, then 2 other bored-with-nothing-better-to-do employees get involved and all have to gang up on you- ..well, you probably can picture it. I got my coupon and left because I was tired of repeating myself about it being a sensotouch on the walmart website ( I brought a printout of the page with me), and getting nowhere. Tonight at 7 at the walmart in st. charles illinois I couponed TP and a bunch of other stuff, and got the nicer razor that was 38 bucks for 8 and change. The moral of the story.. DON’T GIVE UP THE FIRST TIME! Yay! I like couponing!

For those that don’t get the All You magazine, you can sign up for the coupons.com “club” or whatever it is, and get the coupon there. It’s free for 30 days, so you will have to put in a credit card, but just cancel before the 30 days and you won’t pay the fee! I printed two and will try it tonight!!
