When I try to redeem my code it says, “Gift certificate has no value left”…any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Cara November 25, 2011 at 8:30 am

I’m getting the same thing, it asks for the voucher code once you pick a magazine then takes you to the billing page and shows the $10 as your total. Grrrr!

Melanie Kania November 25, 2011 at 8:32 am

Me too….
Hopefully someone will have some wisdom! =)

chelsea November 25, 2011 at 8:34 am

It also says to wait until step 3 or something in the checkout process, and you’ll be able to put the code in as a gift certificate. Worked for me! Got my free mag just now, no problem.

Cara November 25, 2011 at 8:42 am

So you had to put in your credit card even though it isn’t charged?

Darla Myers November 25, 2011 at 8:38 am

The page is saying ” The supplied voucher code is not valid “

Valerie November 25, 2011 at 8:48 am

It worked for me plus I got $5 for signing up!

Carrie L November 25, 2011 at 8:50 am

Same thing here – the coupon code is only changing the price from $23.94 to $10. :/

Theresa November 25, 2011 at 8:50 am

Sounds like a great deal, but I am a little concerned about the fine print–”Not to be combined with other offers or coupon codes.”

Jessica Young November 25, 2011 at 9:02 am

Help! It says gift certificate has no value.

Rebekah November 25, 2011 at 9:04 am

Just a word of caution – I signed up for Plum District and it appeared that I got the $10 credit. However, when I went to the magazine website to redeem it, it says that my gift certificate doesn’t have any value left. So, **it appears to NOT be working**.

Click on Plum District above in Crystals post. NOT on voucher for a magazine.
When Plum District opens, find the magazine deal at the top, and click on Tell Me More.
Next page click on Make it Mine.
Enter Promo Code.

It Worked for me.

I’m having the same problem. I actually saw this deal before it was posted and had the same issue (coupon code just takes $10 off the $24 “original price”). I emailed Plum District about it. We’ll see what they say… Otherwise its no deal at all. Why would anyone pay $10 just to get $10 off your purchase?

Courtney November 25, 2011 at 9:12 am

Same thing here- please keep us posted if someone gets an answer.

Julie November 25, 2011 at 9:12 am

I got a “sorry this deal is no longer available” message

Lura November 25, 2011 at 9:14 am

Deal is saying Sold Out.

Tina November 25, 2011 at 9:15 am

I’m being told my email is invalid :-\

christina November 25, 2011 at 9:15 am

i just did it and it was fine =) got oxygen magazine- my favorite!! make sure you go to the website through the voucher….

Courtney November 25, 2011 at 9:18 am

One of my vouchers worked, the other didn’t (I bought two).

Becky November 25, 2011 at 9:17 am

The magazines page now says “Sold Out”.

Sandy Blain November 25, 2011 at 9:21 am

Same problem here, though in rereading the post, it states the VOUCHER is free, so perhaps it’s not the subscription that’s free. It looks like a misunderstanding?

Susan November 25, 2011 at 9:22 am

Same for me-I don’t want to give them my credit card information for a free subscription.

Toni November 25, 2011 at 9:24 am

This is sold out already.

Meg Thomas November 25, 2011 at 9:24 am

Didn’t even get as far as above commenters, the $10 magazine deal now says “Sold Out”

Sandy Blain November 25, 2011 at 9:25 am

When I went to the discount mag site, it shows a total of $0 when I add the mag to the cart, then it charges $10.00. I’m confused…:)

Barb S. November 25, 2011 at 9:26 am

What geographical area is the deal in? I can’t find it in mine.

Barb S. November 25, 2011 at 9:33 am

Found it finally in “everywhere.” Says it’s sold out. Stink!

Lesley November 25, 2011 at 9:41 am

Man! Sold out!

Tami November 25, 2011 at 9:50 am

I got the same message as everyone else. I didn’t put my credit card info in but did email them to see what the deal is. Hopefully they will fix the problem. If not, I’m glad I didn’t spend the $10 to get the voucher and then turn around and spend $10 more on the magazine.

Jessica Young November 25, 2011 at 10:15 am

Hey, I just tried again and it worked! I LOVE Family Fun Mags. Thanks!

stephanie November 25, 2011 at 10:35 am

It worked great for me! I got a free subscription to Taste of Home magazine! Thanks!!

Ann November 25, 2011 at 11:00 am
