I HATE JCPenney’s website. Every time I peruse something for more than 5 minutes, some part of the website crashes and it automatically routes me back to the home page/gives me an error message. For such a huge company, they have a really awful server/web provider. It’s better than last year, at least–last year, my cart would take 5-10 minutes to process my payment (making me panic quite a bit!!!) But if you’re willing to stick it out, there are some great deals.
I had the same problem and was using firefox. I kept coming back to it all night and still issues. I decided to switch to explorer because I am heading to bed and it worked. I just had to add everything back into my cart, but checkout without any problems. Try using a different browser.
If you are going to the store you don’t need to print the coupon. They have sales flyers with the coupons in the front of the store.
Although you could print it to be on the safe side if there aren’t any left.
I only got 3% cash back this morning. Overall, still a great deal though.
I can’t get the option of free shipping to the store. It says one promo code per purchase – so either GOTTADO or FREESHIP… not both.
I had the same problem but if you click on the print the coupon they give you a code for online purchases GET2SALE that gives you the $10 off AND free shipping to store. (It took me a couple of days and sheer frustration to figure that out….:)
