    I received the error message maybe 5-10 times. Gave up. Tried again ten minutes later. Success! :)

    Be aware by filling out the info to get the sample you are allowing them to give your personal info to 3rd party (although they claim related to the site.) I will stick to getting a coupon to buy it, thanks much.
