Perfect, I just posted my favorite Pumpkin Cranberry Bread recipe here – http://www.thecleverclipper.com/2011/10/06/pumpkin-cranberry-bread/

It’s such a treat, ridiculouly easy (freezes well) and goes great with my morning coffee. I make it so much in the fall and winter that I often run out of pumpkin pie spice – now I can just make it myself! Thank you!

What a great idea. I mixed a batch this weekend. I realized it was buying it. What I did notice is the store bought mix I was using is just cinnamon, nutmeg, and Ginger. The recipes I found added either cloves or allspice. I’m experimenting with the large and will use cloves in the next batch.

Uh, I meant I realized it was silly to keep buying it.

Had to take a break to tend to an angry 2 y/o.
