Just wondering, how long before the MaxPerks rewards expire?
Why would I want to do that? Some people may be able to drop $50 like it’s nothing, but I can’t. It’s still coming out of my checking account and I can’t put the rewards back in my account…I don’t need office supplies that bad. Thanks anyway.
You are right, this definitely isn’t for everyone. However, if you’re already planning to buy something at Office Max, or need the items listed, it can turn out to be a good deal for some people.
I was under the impression that , like Staples , you can’t use a reward for another reward and get that reward sent to you. Is Max Perks like CVS then?
You can’t use rewards at Office Max to buy an item that’s free after rewards and get the rewards again. Also, they recently changed their policy, to my aggravation, to disallow the purchase of gift cards with rewards. They do have good deals on other stuff too. Since I do have so many rewards I went in to check out what they had. Wi games, kids books, and movies to name a few at a fairly decent price. I also used the 20% off bag for a further discount. The bags seem to appear in with the Sunday circulars at least once every two months. Hope that helps..
I plan on using my rewards to get a laptop later this year.
I tried to get some of these yesterday morning and most of them were ‘discontinued’ online, why I’m assuming means they’re sold out.

These deals can be quite a blessing for our budget. If you look at our Homeschool organization, you will see many free after rewards file folders, hanging file folders, and several file boxes. My older kids are now in Independent Studies and need school supplies again. They are toting around many FAR supplies and my 8th grader is using one of the FAR backpacks from Office Max. I usually use my rewards credit on ink. I just hope they don’t start excluding ink from the things you can get with the rewards credit.
