really feeling this one today as the mess of my house and all the stuff in it is owning my day!!!
This statement is so true! We recently downsized, go rid of a bunch of stuff and moved to a smaller town. We are now living well within our means (before we were right at) and loving it! It’s so freeing!
And I can vacuum this entire small house without having to ever unplug and move the chord to the vacuum. At the old house i had to move it 4 times! So much simpler!

Amen.
It is such a freeing feeling to dejunk.
That is so true
Just me or does anyone else think that looks like an ashtray with wisdom written in the middle of it? LOL Good sentiment though.
I’m pretty sure it’s a jar lid. I could be wrong, though!
this it could be, I think I spend far too much time around my chain smoking mother.
I’m pretty sure it’s a Snapple lid. They have nifty sayings like that
That’s a great quote! Love it!
My devotions this morning were over this same sentiment. Christ’s Sermon on the Mount: You cannot have 2 masters…
I came across a quote today in my daughter’s homework planner and thought of you.
Determination
“I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.” -Thomas Alva Edison
I always say the less you have the less you have to clean. Its so true.
Love that! It is so true!
My dad always told me, “There comes a point where you stop owning your stuff and it starts owning you.” I’ve never forgotten that.
