    I had the same problem earlier on today, but was eventually able to get through. I think this has popped up on so many blogs, maybe they’ve been getting a bit of an electronic traffic jam!

    I’m getting the technical error too. I hope I manage to get one, though cause, like others, I’ve been thinking of getting one of these but haven’t wanted to pay the $$ for it and could use a duster :)

    Same technical problem for me…. it said if problem continues to email them, so that is what I did! :)

    I kept getting the technical difficulties too and then when I was finally able to get through, they said they were out of free samples. Darn!
