Where do you get the mail in rebate for First Cleanse? I bought it for $20 today & didn’t get a rebate form or anything with it.

    • says

You can find the rebate in the August Coupon Booklet, which is by the ads at the front of every Walgreens store. Hope that helps!

Great deals this week at Walgreens! I have a printable & customizable list of ALL the deals at Walgreens. It is so easy, select your deals, click shrink and print. It is amazing and so easy!

I brought the Head and Shoulders at Walgreens. 2 for $8 dollars. But they ring up $5.99 and $2.01 (which is $8.00) but with the buy one get one coupon, the guy said free one was the $2.01. I feel like I should get $4.00 off becuase that is half? No?

    Thanks!

      • flutemom says

i had the same thing with shaving cream two weeks ago. they rang up at different prices (which together came to the total sale price) so my free item with my coupon was a lower price than the ‘regular’ one. i wondered about it just like you did, but i didn’t take time to go back and question them about it.

  4. Halli says

If you were lucky enough to get your free Pantene coupon in the mail this week you could use it to take advantage of the 2 for $ 7 deal and get a $ 2.00 RR so when you break it down your only paying .75 cents for each one. I did that this morning :)

    • says

I did that but they came to .25 each. It’s 7.00 total – 3.50 (free coupon) = $3.50. Then I had a $1/1 coupon (for the second one) and that is $2.50 then the $2.00 register rewards. So it’s .50 cents total! So it’s like .25 cents each :)

      • Halli says

Ooh! I wish I would have seen the $ 1/1 Pantene coupon! I didn’t even think about that. Good score though!

  5. Brooke says

My Walgreens stated that I could only purchase 1 item per day that produces a RR (I was trying to purchase more than 1 of the Crayola markers that gives a $2RR). I looked online at their policy which states “There is a limit of one Register RewardsTM (RR) printed per offer per customer per transaction” I take this as being able to do multiple transactions. What do you all think and/or has anyone else ran into this issue?

      • flutemom says

2 RR for two different products? that would be ok. just not two purchases trying to get two RR’s for the same ‘product’. their policy is one RR *per offer* per customer, not one RR per customer. does that clarify it for you (brooke)?

        • Brooke says

I understand the RR procedures. What the store was doing was limiting the customer to purchasing 1 product per day that gives a RR. For example, I could only purchase 1 package of Crayola Markers today as it printed a RR. I spoke with the Manager this afternoon and presented her with the corporate coupon rules I printed from the website that said nothing about 1 per day, just 1 per transaction. The Manager pulled out the store ad and flipped to the back page where there is fine print and stated that they reserve the right to limit quanities—thus they were using that right! :-) So, I hit up both stores and gave my children a lesson in couponing and made them customers also {which they actually enjoyed}! :-)

          • Brooke says

This was a change from what my Walgreens store use to do. There was no limit to the number of transactions they would allow for a particular product. The Manager stated that so many people are using coupons now that they had to limit the number people could purchase so there was enough to go around. This is their internal store policy (Columbia, MO), not Walgreen’s Corporate Policy—just wanted to clarify this for others. According to this Manager, each store can create their own policy with the backing of their Corporate Office.

  7. Monica says

I ran in to the same problem here in Southern CA. One RR per offer/customer. Also, the TakeAlongs coupon in my insert is marked as 2/$1 and not $1/1 as the Walgreens matchups reads.

  8. Lani says

I found another Register Rewards deal that wasn’t mentioned in the Walgreens weekly ad: Keri body lotion is on sale for $6.99 and you get $5 in Register Rewards when you buy one. After the RR, the cost is $1.99 BUT there was a coupon for $2/1! This makes the lotion free after the coupon and RR!! Unfortunately, I used the coupon already so I can’t tell you which ad it came from or the expiration date. Hopefully, you happened to clip the coupon so you can get this freebie.

  9. renate parks says

My stores didn’t have the RR for the kotex signed or in the ad, and it didn’t ring up either. Is this a regional deal?
