I made popsicles yesterday – just pureed watermelon and strawberries! Twas a hit!!!! No sugar either!
mmmmm!
Here is another version that is absolutely delish! I omit the extra sugar, it is so not needed.

Thanks for sharing the link, Crystal!
I have made a similar thing years ago. I should try again.
I just pinned this recipe a couple days ago. I bought arrowroot powder while grocery shopping so I can make these sometime this week.
Laura, thanks for the recipe!
Crystal, thanks for sharing all of these great DIY projects. I love them!
Those sound so good right now. It’s about 98 degrees right now in Chicago!
I add cut up friut before I pour the pudding over the top. Bananas and Strawberries are great. You can also do purely fruit popcicles. Food process any fruit and pour it into your popcicle molds. Yummy way to use up any fruit that’s on it’s last leg.
How simple is this! Great timing too as we’re going to have a heat index of 110 tomorrow.
Our heat-treat is an orange/banana smoothie. So simple – orange juice, a few peeled bananas, a very small amount of vanilla extract, and ice cubes in the blender. More ice if you like it thick or more OJ if you like it more like juice! Super easy and very refreshing!
We do this with yogurt!
