Update: Nevermind! They’ve now disabled the form you can fill out to request the free photo book coupon code. 
I know that hundreds of you were really frustrated with spending a lot of time today trying to get your photos uploaded for your free Mixbook Hardcover Photo Book only to find out the code was then expired.
I am SO sorry about the deal being such disappointment. I do my best to only promote legitimate, working deals and I feel very badly when it turns out that the deal is a waste of time.
That said, I have good news: Mixbook has promised they are working on fixing the technical issues with their site and they are offering another coupon code for a free book — this one has an extended expiration date on it.
This coupon code is only good for people who started their photo book before 1:30 p.m. EST today, though. If you, indeed, started a book today before then and were unable to finish and redeem the code for a free book, you can fill out the form here and they’ve promised to send you a code for a completely free book within 24 hours.

I’m so bummed, when I got onto the site, it wouldn’t even go to the next page where I would upload my photos… oh well, there will be more free photo books! Thanks for all you do!

Thank you I was very bummed after spending so much time on it and it appears that I started mine right before the cut off, so I really hope that I get it. Took me forever to get the thing started.
The link to fill out the form shows up on my Virus Scan as “Fraudulent Link” and won’t allow me to access it. Is anyone else getting this message?
i got the same thing but sent them a message after joining their site. no response yet, but i’m sure i won’t get anything offered. guess they didn’t think this offer through

I agree with Sonja – thank you!!! I appreciate that you try to promote legitimate ideas, but it is absolutely not your fault when there are technical issues. I just don’t understand why, when a company promotes a free deal, the company doesn’t properly prepare their site for the thousands of us who want to get the deal!!! It’s silliness. I started my book at about 11 AM EST so hopefully, a code will be arrving to my inbox soon!

When I went it said had to be started by 10:30AM not 1:30PM. I hope that it is 1:30PM as I started mine at 12PM
It’s 10:30 PDT, which should be 1:30 EST (I think, unless I’m doing my math wrong!).
Supposedly I should be getting a link. I started around 9:45amish. I spent 4 hours on this dumb thing ignoring my kids

Hi, while trying to make my book it wasnt working just like everyone elses but I decided to take advantage of the live chat option and ask if the problem would be resolved, well it ended up making me send an email instead but when i finally finished my book to realize the code had expired i went to check my email and they had already sent me the extended code so I GOT MY BOOK YAY!! So im sure everyone who started their book will get theirs! Thanks for the great freebies

Totally not your fault at all! I started mine before the cutoff time but I am so frustrated and disappointed with it that I am not even bothering requesting a code. The company was ill prepared, and I’m not running the risk of wasting my time on them again. definitely disappointed and will stick to vistaprint and walgreens for my numerous photo orders!
It tells me the Google document is turned off when I try to access it.

it’s also saying it’s turned off for me too. I had a horrible time getting the book to load pictures and finally finished it at 11pm to find out the coupon code reached its limit…ugh!
EXACT thing happened to me too..I’d been trying to upload all day and when I finally finished it later last night, the coupon had reached the limit…which I’m sure it reached a LONG time before I tried it!
Not that it is your fault but when I read this I was so excited…now it is turned off… ughhhhhh! Good news is its FRIDAY and a 3 day weekend! Happy 4th!

I was a little mad to tell you the truth. It took almost 3 hours to actually make it, because the system was so sloooww.. It took forever to upload pics. Finally got that done and book made, then at 5pm viewed and pressed order. Typed in code. Limit reached. I was furious!! All that time for NOTHING.

I also cannot get the “form” to work. I started my book Thursday morning and it said it would take 13 hours to download 16 pictures…Really?
I started the book before I realized the original code wasn’t valid. Finished and requested a new code before midnight and received an email with a new code this morning. I wonder if you all send an email not using the form and explain the problem if they would still send you a new code. Worth a shot for those who have a completed book ready. Does anyone know how many pages you can make in a free book? I think someone had mentioned before that it was only a 5 page book, is that correct?
Someone did mention earlier something about a 5 page book but it is a 20 page book.
I had the same thing happen to me yesterday (finished the book around 630pm after hours of working on it and waiting) only to find out the coupon limit had been reached. so i filled out the form via their FB page, it went through, and got an email from them this morning. it states that i did not start my book before the coupon ran out (UH, HELLO, i started at 930am) so instead of giving me a code for a free book, they gave me BOGO one. i guess i cant complain, but still, hours of work expecting it all to be free was a little disappointing.
I received my extension code. Can someone clarify if it is for 5 pages (10 total) or 10 pages (20 total)? I want to make sure I meet all of the requirements before I put forth a ton of time and effort building this book. Thank you!
I filled out a form even though I started an hour late, and I got the same BOGO coupon.
the form was expired for me also. However i emailed the company and explained that I really was hoping to get my book and they quickly sent me a code to get my book done. However, the code expired today.
