Have you used this deals site before? It always makes me nervous when I have to enter my CC info for a $0 purchase.

  2. Jess says

How is shipping free? I only see if you buy 3 of the nail shields, you get a 4th one + free shipping. That would be $45.

  3. Lindsay says

How long does this take to show up? Created an account over 20 minutes ago and it still says a $0 balance.

  4. Katie says

Hmmmm….I just did the free nail thingys, but I don’t know what to do next. I thought I would be able to pick out color/design, but I don’t see it anywhere. The confirmation email just gave me a link that took me to the website. Not sure if I have to do anything else to use the voucher….anyone figured this out yet?

    • Katie says

Oopsie, just figured it out. In case anyone else is curious, a different page says you’ll receive your voucher via email the following day. Good to know!

I tried with two old gift cards and didn’t work :( I’ve done it before with other sites and it did but oh well…A girl on FB said it worked for her today…Reply post me if it works for anyone else..Tips?

    • Mandy says

This is stated in the fine print: “Voucher will be redeemable within 24 hours of the following business day.” If you just bought it today the voucher wouldn’t be good until Thursday.

  6. Madelyn says

This showed up with a credit that brought my purchase price down to $0.00, but when I put in my CC info and clicked to purchase, it said “This transaction has been declined.” :-(

    • Madelyn says

I called the 1-800 customer service number, and got a recording that instructed me to leave my phone number. It said they’ll get in touch with me soon, but no specific time frame was mentioned.

      • Madelyn says

AHA!! I figured it out. The site is not compatible with the Chrome web browser. I switched to Internet Explorer and it worked fine. :-)

I guess I’ll take the risk with my credit card, I can also call my credit card company and dispute the charges if this company turns out to be bad.

The mineral makeup will charge you shipping, so be aware! I’m not sure how much…but I thought it was completely free…didn’t read well enough! I also got about 3 of these because again…didn’t read…so I have no clue what I will be charged in shipping now…I will be calling to cancel these orders. Be careful!

    • says

Yes, I put that on the post, but sometimes it’s easy to skip over details. I’ve learned it’s very important to read the fine print carefully when doing deals like this! I hope you can get a refund!

      • katie says

Yes, it was my fault…I got excited to quickly lol. I’m sure it will work out. I need to slow down and be more careful next time. I did see where you posted that after the fact. Thanks.

  9. katie says

I do however find this website very misleading. They should tell you on the review order screen how much shipping they will be charging you for the mineral makeup. Instead, it says $0 charge…which made me think that it was free. I don’t think I will be using this website again.

    • says

The voucher is free, but, as it says in the fine print (and as I mentioned in the post), when you go to use it, you’ll have to pay shipping on the mineral makeup website. You’re purchasing the voucher (like a gift certificate) from the deal site. Then you go and use it on the mineral makeup site, like a gift certificate.

This is how these deal voucher sites typically work. If the fine print doesn’t say shipping is free, than you’re almost guaranteed it will be extra.

You may be able to get a refund of your credit, though. If not, you’re not out any money since it was free, though, at least.

Sorry for the misunderstandings and frustration you experienced with this deal. :(

I purchased the “free” deal from Jamberry nails, but today it is not letting me stay signed in to their website. I am not able to order my sheet of nails because of this? Is anyone else having problems?

  11. Debbie says

Got my nails. It was a little confusing since the website sent me an email requiring me to change my password due to “technical difficulties”. Took a little thought to work the deal but I did. Ordered the colorful pinwheels just in case I don’t have them in time for July 4th.
    Thanks for sharing!!

  12. Sarah says

I also had to change my password for this site, which made me kind of leery. And I also got the mineral makeup one with the almost $6 shipping fee, plus they’re expensive! I forgot that I got the voucher for free so I was thinking I was going to be out $16! haha!

Anyway, I’ve been doing some research and the mineral makeup site has had free shipping coupon codes in the past, so I’m going to wait and see if one of those crops up before the end of july before ordering. Thanks for the tip!
