huge bummer; I spent almost 2 hours personalizing the cards then when I went to put the promo in the coupon had already expired! :( Hope a new deal comes soon for these so my hard work doesn’t go to waste! :)

Hang tight, they seem to be releasing a new code for a free card about every other week. Hopefully you’re work won’t be lost. :(

Candace, that’s exactly what happened to me! They *did* cancel the order, and the charges are being reversed.

Crystal, it’s not your fault!! We appreciate all of the great deals that you post for us :) The problem is that companies sometimes change the rules in the middle of the game!

First off, I just want to say that I, in no way, feel that any of this is Crystal’s fault. But I just had the worst experience I have ever had with a company and that is with no exaggeration. I placed an order yesterday morning as was charged full price without even hitting the submit button! I sent an email right away with no response. So I just spent an hour on chat with them. First off they did not apologize for the situation. Instead the first thing she said was that there was abuse of the promo code. How am I not to take this that they are saying that I was trying to abuse their promo! This just added to the frustration. They could not cancel the order even though the cards were not personalized, just the standard blank cards. She initially stated that I would have to wait for the item to come, then pay shipping to have the returned and my order refunded. After asking for a manager she let me know that if I put ‘return to sender’ I could get out of the shipping charge. I understand that they are trying to keep their losses at a minimum but to make a customer even more frustrated by not giving their ‘BEST’ solution up-front, only adds to the problems. After talking to a manager, they were still not able to issue stop on the printing and a refund. This is upsetting in its self, but the way that I felt like I was treated is even more upsetting. After this experience, I will never have a good thing to say about this company.
