see, whats awesome about “not noticing your kitchen floor” is that, it makes us feel better about our not so perfect kitchen floors (: haha

Sue May 15, 2011 at 3:13 pm

I like the preview…..I don’t always get to check everyday and this way I don’t miss anything I might be interested in. Thanks for all your post and time you put into your blog. I find yours to be one I most go to.

maya May 15, 2011 at 3:15 pm

I don’t care about getting a specific list of what is coming up on what day… I love reading your blog and will do it anyway regardless of knowing what is coming up.

AllieZirkle May 15, 2011 at 3:29 pm

Yes, this is great! I love it!

Jody May 15, 2011 at 4:35 pm

Just remember everyone’s happier when we underpromise and overdeliver – :) It’s fun to have a preview, but just make sure you aren’t putting a burden on yourself by saying what you are going to get done a head of time. :)

Jessica-MomForHim May 15, 2011 at 5:14 pm

Surprise me!

Ashley May 15, 2011 at 5:15 pm

Either way works great! I check your site every day, so knowing ahead of time isn’t a big deal. If it makes more work for you to do…then I would say don’t worry about it…but if it gives you a goal check list for the week….then fantastic!!

Jessica Valentino May 15, 2011 at 5:23 pm

I do like the preview, and I like the summaries that you have been doing lately at the end of the week. I guess it goes back to the advice I remember getting about writing essays. Say what you are going to say, say it, and then say what you just said. I think it aids organization and makes the blog more cohesive. Thanks for all the good work you and your team are doing.

Steph May 15, 2011 at 5:39 pm

Guess I’m different, but I like being surprised. I just like thinking about the posts/articles/topics when they are RIGHT in front of me, not invest ahead of time. I scan through the emails every day and know quickly what interests me and not. But that’s me. I’ll probably skip the previews :)

sarah May 15, 2011 at 5:53 pm

I like knowing. I do frequent your site but sometimes I can’t so this would be nice so I would know tha a topic was coming up may interest me. Thanks for all you do?

Kara May 15, 2011 at 5:56 pm

It is fun to read but I will forgot what is coming up by the next day. I like the surprises!

Melissa May 15, 2011 at 6:32 pm

I like to know what is coming up, but throw in a surprise or 2.

Rachel May 15, 2011 at 6:38 pm

Crystal,

Your floor looks squeaky clean to me!! As a mama to a 1-year-old, I’ve just accepted the fact that the floors are only clean at night when my son is sleeping! I could spend most of the day sweeping up after him!!

Looking forward to the clothesline tutorial!!

Mrs. R. May 15, 2011 at 7:17 pm

Surprise…..’cause I don’t have time to read “previews” and then the real thing later.

Thank you for such FABULOUS content all the time, tho!

Julie in IN May 15, 2011 at 7:23 pm

I enjoy a surprise; I think we should all guess in advance if you like the homemade detergent. <>

Julie in IN May 15, 2011 at 7:24 pm

Have you considered a chocolate post weekly? :o )

Call Upon Him May 15, 2011 at 7:51 pm

I love knowing what’s coming up so that I know to look for that article I am interested in in advance. Thanks

Renee May 15, 2011 at 8:34 pm

I like it!! :) Especially loved the pictures! :) I thought it was a fun post and it gives me something to look forward to. I like seeing what’s coming up in the week.

Maria Madrigal May 15, 2011 at 8:40 pm

Hey Crystal! I really like to hear what’s coming up! I’ve already setup appointment reminders in Outlook this week to remind me of the topics you’ve mentioned that I want to check out! So, on those days I’ll have the reminder flag me and will check your blog on those days! Telling us what is coming up really helps to use our blogging and reading time wisely! Thanks!

Hannah May 15, 2011 at 8:53 pm

I like knowing what’s coming up! I love this blog, just wanted to let you know. I always take time to read it. I also love the hilarious comments that your other readers leave. :) Love it!

Rae May 15, 2011 at 9:00 pm

I prefer just having it be a surprise. I love your blog though so if you chose to continue these schedules, I am not going to be upset lol.

Patty Cerney May 15, 2011 at 9:02 pm

I’m all about the surprise. I check in several times a day and always enjoy what you have posted. It definitely sounds like I am in the minority though. It is killing me that I can’t see the clothes line tutorial RIGHT NOW! Thanks for continuing with this fantastic blog…and I like the format, I agree with some others, that new style drives me crazy.

maggie May 15, 2011 at 9:05 pm

if it keeps you accountable, post the schedule. secretly, i’d like to post my schedule on FB.

Sonja May 15, 2011 at 9:46 pm

I like surprises. Life is so “every day” that, to me, it’s fun not to know what each day will hold on your blog.

Liz May 15, 2011 at 10:59 pm

I’m interested in how the laundry soap turns out! I’ve been tempted to try making some so I can’t wait to see the results.

Shannon May 16, 2011 at 12:24 pm

Yes. I like to know what is coming up on the site so I can be sure to look at the email as soon as I get it on that day for topics that especially interest me.

ML May 16, 2011 at 3:34 pm

What dirty floor? ;-) With four boys, I have to sweep everyday (many times more than just one time a day), and mop a lot! LOL….

I like to know what’s ahead. I like surprises, but not all surprises are good. ;-)

Lissa May 16, 2011 at 4:20 pm

Please do keep up with the previews. That is really helpful for those of us who may be out of town for a few days or who may not be able to get to the computer for a time. That way, if we know there is something especially important to us coming up, we can make sure to go back and look for it. Thank you!

Stephanie May 16, 2011 at 7:29 pm

I like to know what is coming up, but I also think that is adding a lot to you and perhaps not allowing blogging to be as flexible as it should be. whatever works for you will work for me!!

C@RoL GuTHRie May 17, 2011 at 3:10 am

I just started receiving your emails & I love everything about it! I cannot believe I’ve been missing all of this useful info! Please continue giving us a preview…

Sara May 17, 2011 at 8:52 am

Love, love, LOVE having a preview. I check this at work, so some days I don’t have time. Having a preview helps me budget my time a lot better.

Stephanie May 18, 2011 at 7:18 pm

If you make this a regular feature, perhaps it could appear on your sidebar or someplace accessible so it can be found throughout the week! I forgot what you had planned and had to skim through 4+ pages of posts to find this one (I couldn’t remember the title either!). Just an idea :)

Cathy May 20, 2011 at 7:57 pm

I really like a surprise best…if I know what’s coming up and nothing stands out I probably won’t even check the blog. But if I don’t know, I will be checking and maybe end up interested in something I didn’t think I would care about reading.

Regina May 20, 2011 at 8:53 pm

I like seeing the sneak peek, and have been looking forward to your post about the Clothesline Busy Bag. I am anxiously waiting to put these together for our upcoming vacation.
