I was wondering the same thing, but I looked on Amazon’s website and you can put PDF files on your Kindle. Not quite the same thing as the Kindle version, but good enough for me

Thanks for this, Crystal. I just purchased it, and after reading through it, I have to admit I am glad I only paid half price… I personally found it not very helpful for me. I am a reader of yours that is perhaps in an atypical living arrangement – I live with my boyfriend, who receives disability benefits and cannot work, while I am the one with the 9-5 day job. We do not have children (yet!
) It seems much of the book was written with the assumption that only married, SAHMs would be reading it – not single moms, working moms, moms without children, single women, or families with SAHDs, etc. I will try to take the tips I can and leave the rest, as one typically has to do with any reading material. I found that continually reading things about how it’s so important to be a soft place to land after your husband comes home from a long day on the job, etc etc to be of little value to me, and would have liked more tips/ideas/advice that were applicable to EVERYONE.
Thanks for your honest review. I realized, after reading what you wrote, that I probably should have put that caveat in the review that it was geared more for Christian SAHM’s. I thought this was fairly apparent from the salespage, so I didn’t mention it, but I should have. I certainly don’t mind the Christian aspect of it – I am a Christian myself, and that was quite apparent by the whole “Mary/Martha” theme, and while of course I knew that most of her readers (just like yours!) are SAHMs, I just didn’t realize that it would be so specifically focused on that particular lifestyle, IMO. But it’s all good.
I’m glad to read your thoughts about the ebook. I hadn’t yet gotten my free copy from emailing her about it last week, and now that I realize it’s geared more toward SAHMs, I’m not too worried about it. I work fulltime, so maybe it’s not really geared toward me.

As an agnostic person I wish I had know before hand that this was a Christian book. I am not impressed with it,I thought it would be actually about homemaking and not how I should delight in the lord etc. Sorry it’s definitely a miss for me. Glad it was half priced.
