It is adding tax to my order, making it almost $8. Still a good deal though.

I signed up for a new account with Ruelala the time before last that you had a link up to do so and never recieved my credit…. Is there anything that you or I can do?

Crystal April 28, 2011 at 1:52 pm

I can’t do anything, unfortunately, but you can contact them. Their customer service usually isn’t super helpful, but it’s worth a shot.

So cute! Putting this away for Christmas! Thanks Crystal.

I signed up through your link and I didn’t get the credit this would have been a great gift for my 4 yr old :(

Yay! I got one ordered and on it’s way. Putting this up for X-mas. My 8 yr old wants an American Girl but my frugal selft just can’t justify the cost. Maybe this will pacify her somewhat :)

@ Tara The 18″ American Girl dolls are well worth the $$ they are made very well, their limbs are very secure… their wigs are made very well and can be styled (Not like cheap dolls where you style their hair and see big bald patches) I am frugal too and if I had to do it over again I would buy my daughter an AG doll. I like that they offer repair services for the dolls too incase something happens to the doll I’m not stuck buying a new one at full cost. — I waited until I had a free shipping code before I bought…

Now, buying the AG brand doll clothes that is a different story. LOL I make her doll clothes cheap.

:) Carol

I just want to second that the full size dolls are a very good quality.

I received one for my 8th birthday, I played with her for a good six years. She’s now packed back into her box awaiting my daughter!

They are all over ebay for a lot less.

Wendi S April 28, 2011 at 3:12 pm

Are the clothes on these size dolls made to be changed? Are the clothes sold separately from the dolls? I have never heard of this size.

Caroline April 28, 2011 at 3:19 pm

You don’t change the clothes on these dolls. They don’t sell any other clothes for them. It’s like a pocket size doll.

Wendi S April 28, 2011 at 3:36 pm

OK, thanks, that’s what I wanted to know.

I had my 18 month old pick which of the 3 that she would like, but it’s getting put away for a long time before she gets it!

I saw this deal here and I was really excited because my little girl’s birthday is coming up soon. I had signed up with Rue La La a little while back, when they were offering the $20 credit, but when I signed in to get the AG doll I saw that I had not actually been credited with the credit :-( Oh well, there will be another deal another day!

Kristen April 29, 2011 at 8:18 pm

I used $15 of my credit today for a $30 1-800-Flowers gift card! No shipping costs – and it never expires!!

Did I miss the boutique for the dolls? I received the $20 credit (yay!) but I don’t see the dolls. I am new to Rue La La, and I think the boutiques only last a few days, so maybe I missed it???
