Does this take a REALLY long time for the page to open?

You had to change the checked box. I would’ve missed it if I hadn’t looked twice. The .50 off box was checked on mine also until I clicked the 2 products box.
My screen doesn’t have a box where I can pick. I got 5 right and I can see where to put my address and there is no drop down or anything to the left. I’ve tried in Explorer and Chrome, as well as reloading numerous times. Any ideas?
did you change the request. there was a box to the left and if you didn’t check 2 free it stayed on $.50/2
I did the same thing…that is becasue we did not choose the coupon…it was sneaky!

When you are claiming your prize it is a drop down box to the left of where you fill out your info. If you don’t select the free product it will give you the smallest coupon.
I only did 7 of the tests and got the styling tool (didn’t want the web consult).
Sweet got the 2 free products! Make sure you mark what you want on the left. I had to close and reopen the prize selection to get it to let me to choose what i wanted.
I got it but they require a phone number to get your coupons in the mail. I got the two free products.
Then it’s time to open up a googlevoice account..and get a phone # that you can hand out to folks – free.
I was able to get it to open immediately in FF – couldn’t get it to work in Chrome.
I got 4 right and only got 2 $0.50 coupons

Wonder if someone won the 1 yr prize because my progress bar said next to that prize that it is unavailable. Not that I was anywhere close to getting that many correct!
I had trouble with some of them freezing, too, but refreshed a few times and finally got through most of them…the final one is the main issue. After reloading at least 6 times and still getting stuck, I just decided to use my 3 good guesses and claim the one free product. Still a great freebie!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I keep watchign these darn videos only to get almost to the end and have them croak on me. I’ve only gotten to make four guesses so far, two of which were right.
Might have to leave it open all day and try it periodically, though by then it will probably be gone.

I had to start entering my info before check boxes showed up on the left hand side and then I could choose my prize before submitting.

Got all the way to the last one, but just could not get it to load, despite trying all the “tricks” (reloading website, going to other tests, checking my progress, and so forth.)
Finally decided that I was being too greedy and was going to end up with nothing (that’s happened way too many times before) so got the two free products. Also, I was saying “Glad it didn’t come out of my pocket. Hello!” along with the video. Clearly time to stop!

I finally refreshed and it worked and then I forgot to change the date on the birthday line and there was no going back. Oh, well. Wasted time. I still like suave and use their products all the time unless there are coupons that make the price better than suave’s price. =)

Did you click under the $0.50/2 coupon and see other options? That’s what I had to do.
This site is taking FOREVERRRR for the videos to load and I’m only on the first one. Not sure if the time this is taking me is worth two products that only cost $4-5 each. We’ll see.

Those of you that got the videos to load, what browser are you using. Have tried this in Firefox, Chrome, and IE and have the same problem of freezing up.
I used firefox.I found that to work waaay better than the IE

Darn. I got 3 right, but even after refreshing my “claim prize” area a bunch, entering all my info, and trying every other trick I could in the book, I still never got a drop down menu to choose my prize. It won’t let me submit my info without selecting a prize, but it won’t let me select a prize! Grr. It just keeps refreshing the “claim prize” page every time I hit submit (and says “error, try again”. I guess I’ll just keep trying!

I finally got my options! I don’t know if this is why or not (might have just been the “lucky” 8 millionth refresh), but the ONLY thing I did different this time was, instead of tabbing over the State drop-down menu (I usually use the tab key to go from field to field when entering info, but it always skips over the State on this form), I stopped after typing my city then manually clicked on the State drop-down menu…as soon as I did that, my options popped up! So I got my free product! Woohoo! Hope you get it to work, too!

FINALLY! Monkeying around with the “State” field in my personal information form finally triggered the left hand prize options to open up and let me select one. I’m still trying to submit my information, it keeps coming back to the “claim your prize” screen without confirming submission. Arrrrrgghh!

OK finally got it – tonight when I opened the page to claim the prize, suddenly the drop down was available (maybe the 15th time I re-opened that page)! Of course by then only 1 free product was available but it is still free!!

Been trying all day can not get the drop down menu to pick the prize. Got it once and picked 2 free products then went to error now no matter what I do they do not give me a choice. Frustrating but do not want to give up after trying all day.
I was just about to give up and say it wasn’t meant to be, when I decided to try it from my husbands FB account (I use Safari, and he uses IE) The drop down box popped right up when I switched browsers.

During several of the videos, they stop working and I had to start over, but it does still give you credit for the videos you’ve watched before… Now, checking out was a different story. I had to re-visit the page 10 times or more and although I got 6 correct, and I wanted to choose 2 free products instead of the Beauty Magazine or whatever else there was, I just chose 1 free product. Trying to do a “no money week” each month, so this will come in handy if I need it.

I got enough right for 2 free products, but they were out so all I got was a $1.00 off 2 products coupon. Took more time than it was worth this time. They should tell you ahead of time that they’re out and you can decide if you want to spend the time. Oh well.

ATTENTION EVERYONE – I did the contest last night around 9pm. I got 5 right but the only thing left was coupons, so I didn’t take them.
I went back to the site today to see if there were any prizes and GUESS WHAT….. it had saved my results from yesterday and NOW I was able to select any of the prizes that I earned yesterday. How great is that. What a responsible company.

I did the contest this morning and the only prizes unavailable were the styling tool and the year’s worth of product. Everything else was back!
I just unlocked 5 prizes and couldn’t decide whether to claim the free products or the magazine subscription. Went with the free products. Everything worked fine, I was able to put my address in etc and they said it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
