Harris Teeter: Super Double Coupon Event (February 16-22, 2011)

Harris Teeter is running another Super Double Coupon event February 16-22, 2011. Coupons with a face value of up to $1.98 will be doubled. There is a limit of 20 coupons per household per day.

I thought that HT doubled up to 1.98 during a super doubles event?
