I’ve made homemade chips before but mine never turn out very good. I’m going to give this a shot! Thanks for reposting!!!!
Their site looks so good! Thanks for share with us .
These taste better when you put cinnamon and sugar on them.
I think I should start following their blog. They have a recipe for a Pumpkin Nutella Bread that I heard about back in November that is a huge hit with my family.
Yum! I’m trying this one!
I brush one side of a corn tortilla with melted coconut oil, add another and brush until I get a stack, then cut the stack with a pizza cutter. Saves time as you are only oiling one side, and then cutting a bunch at once.
I have made my own tortillas and tortilla chips, but they don’t look as good as these do! Yum! I am going to have to try yours!
We’ve made these, but we add cinnamon and sugar instead of salt and top it with a drizzle of honey when they are done…delish!
i tried it tonight and didn’t really care too much for them. i have some corn tortillas that i got for free that have been in my freezer. i think i’m going to make some more up to use up those tortillas but that will probably be it. i made some whole wheat ones too, and the texture of those were better but noone else liked the taste of them but me.
I have been making these for almost 3 years they help with my husbands health issues. Spray them with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and they taste like the stacy chips many fewer calories and much better for you plus cheaper !
The site is actually TwoPeasandtheirpod.com =) Thank you for all your Money Saving help that you share with us.
Thanks for catching my mistake!
My husband and I made these chips, and they were wonderful. We sprayed both sides with cooking spray, seasoned them with our own blend of seasoning, stacked them up, cut them into triangles and baked them at 400 for 15 minutes total after 5 turning them over to cook the last 10 on the other side.
Our seasoning was a teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin; white pepper, Cheyenne, and a cube of cilantro broke up. Combined all seasonings together and put in a shaker bottle. Sprinkled it and sea salt on tortillas before cooking ~ marvelous!!!
