@mo, I got the same error, had to switch from amex to mastercard for it to stop saying that. Now here’s hoping they don’t charge both!

I read some of their fan post on their FB site…I have some concerns. Moms, like us, posted missing packages, wrong items shipped, no response from their customer service team.

I have their direct email, so if anyone has issues, let me know and I’ll contact them. One reader here had an issue with an order recently and they were able to quickly resolve it when I contacted them.

I would not recommended ordering from this company. I ordered some items for my some over a month ago and just received them after several attempts to contact them. They do not have a working customer service number(the number I found went to another company) and they were not honest with me when my order was being shipped out.

I am very frustrated with this company as well. I placed an order on 11/27 and I still have not received all the items a month later. The customer service gave me one tracking number for multiple shipments. I called USPS and they told me they had not received my packages even though Lilluxe told me they were shipped 12/15. USPS also told me I should be given a tracking number for each shipment. I will never order from them again.

@Allison..I understand that companies make mistakes. My problem with them is that there were blatently untruthful.
