I loved this gift idea from Blessed Femininity! She put together a gift basket for her Grandma in the nursing home with a special memory or word of encouragement tied to bars of chocolate.
This gift is similar to The Question Jar in that you likely won’t have to spend much at all out of pocket (except for the cost of the chocolate!), but it will mean so much to the recipient.

Thank’s so much to you both for sharing this. It couldn’t have come at a better time for me. My Granny is in the nursing home suffering from dementia and it’s hard to know what to give as a gift anymore. She’s forgotten how to do her puzzle books and such but this is fantastic. I will be using this idea for her Christmas gift this year. Ms Crystal your site is such a blessing to me. Thank’s for all your hard work.
