Want some extra traffic to your blog? Submit your favorite homemade gift ideas!

by Crystal on November 30, 2010

I’m planning on featuring two to three simple homemade gift ideas every day for the next two weeks on my blog. But I need your help!

If you’ve posted a homemade gift idea on your blog and would like to have some extra traffic sent over to your blog, please submit it through the form here. Posts with clear instructions, high-quality pictures and unique ideas will be most likely to be featured, though I welcome all ideas!

If you don’t have a blog or haven’t posted your brilliant homemade gift idea on your blog yet, you can submit it (along with pictures) as a guest post and we’ll consider publishing it in the next few weeks.

I’ll be accepting submissions through December 14, 2010.

Thanks so much; I can’t wait to be inspired by you all!

Hi Crystal! I’m not really interested in traffic for my blog, but I did think of a cute idea the other day! I saw some recordable storybooks at Hallmark the other day, but they were upwards of $30! So I grabbed a couple cute classic bargain books from the store and recorded my 6 year old reading them. We plan on giving a CD of him reading the books to his little 2 year old niece who lives far away. I know she’ll love listening to “Where’s Spot” and following along with his voice reading to her! This would probably also be a fun idea for older siblings to do for younger siblings! :) Feel free to share that idea as a thrifty, but thoughtful kid gift.

I don’t have a blog, but I’m really interested in seeing the ideas. I’ll be reading daily, as always. :)

I searched high and low for the tutorial and could not find it. It appears it was removed. If anyone digs it up, let me know as I’d love to feature it — and maybe try making it myself!

THANK YOU! I found the image last week and it linked to a dead page and I searched her blog and couldn’t find it. So happy to see she just posted it. Yay!

    Cheers!
