I ordered it a few hours ago and still have not gotten the link to download it. Anyone have the same problem. I checked my junk and spam and nothing there either.

I got a message saying that free checkout would not be available until 11/20 (tomorrow) Seemed strange.
I attempted to order it. Initially the code worked. I added the memory verses and then went to check out where it then said the code does not work until November 20. I went back to my shopping cart to try again but the discount was taken away. Back to 6.99. Anyone else had this problem?

Not working, once you order it on the site, it tells you the next time a free download is available is tomrrow the 20th.

I have tried to download it several times but am getting nothing but a blank, black sreen. I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong.
@Charity, It took a long time to download for me. I had to wait a long time, but eventually it come through.

try switching browsers. my preferred brower doesnt always render pdfs quite right, and sometimes i just get a black screen. using a different browser usually fixes the problem
@Kara, Had to wait awhile, but it finally did work. I should’ve been more patient.
