I would love to be in on the recycling of things!!!
Thank you so much for sharing this! I have a daughter whose was born on Dec. 25th. Since my husband and I want her to have her own birthday, we celebrate Christmas on the 24th. I have always wanted to make our own Advent calender (24 days version), but had not been able to do so.
This is really great. We will have so much fun making this!!
I’m a soon to be 57 yr. old follower. In reply to the above posting about the 12/25 b’day, mine is on the 28th of Dec. As a child I HATED it. Have you ever thought of having an’ unbirthday” celebration? On June 25th in her case , throw a b’dy party then. I always thought that would be great fun!!
@tq,
tq,
I have never heard of having an “unbirthday” celebration, but it sounds like a great idea!! We might start this tradition next year!
I have quite a few people including the doctor who delivered my daughter whose birthday fall on or around Christmas and sadly they all do not like it. My husband and I never want our daughter to feel that way. It’s not only a special day for her but also for her parents to be able to remember the day she came to our lives.
I hope she will also like this idea to have an unbirthday celebration!! Thank you for sharing this with me.
