How do I enter in multiple discount codes?

    • Crystal October 22, 2010 at 12:20 pm

You should only need one discount code since the free print credit will be automatically in your account.

From my experience, Snapfish will only allow one promo code or deal…so you’ll have to choose between the free prints or the free shipping. At least that’s what’s happened to me in the past.

    • Crystal October 22, 2010 at 12:19 pm

The free prints will already be in your account so you’ll just need to apply the free shipping code and you should get them free! I know in the past, though, sometimes it will work for some people and not for other people.

I had a problem with Snapfish today when I tried to use free shipping with a credit I had for a free collage mousepad. The credit for the mousepad was in my account, and I put in the code for Free Shipping. It charged me for the mousepad.
I went through “Live Chat” and they wouldn’t let me use both codes. I wouldn’t give up, and told them that there is nothing on the site that says you can’t use the free shipping code with a free product. Finally, they told me to place my order and they would credit me for my free mousepad. They did, and all is well. I suggest if you have a similar problem, go to Live Chat and be persistent. ;)

I had the same experience, where they would only let me use one code, so I either got free prints or free shipping, but not both

I just signed up for snapfish and it says I only get 20 prints. Not 50.

  • Cari October 22, 2010 at 01:48 pm

It worked for me but I was only given 20 free prints, not 50. Still, free is free. Thanks!

Yeah, it didn’t work for me on the free photo mug I had in the account. I had to choose free shipping or a free mug. I chose the mug. Since I was there, I redeemed it and shipped it to my dad for a early Christmas present. 5.00 for a photo mug shipped was worth it to me since my dad will get a huge kick out of it.

Thanks for trying with the code though. It would have been great to get it completely free, but still a good deal.

Although i’m not a new acct., when I logged in I had the 50 free waiting for me. I had no problem redeeming the free shipping with it. Thank you!

Boo hoo, no prints in my acct. I tried to sign up for a new account with a different email address and still didn’t get them! oh well!

  • Carrie October 22, 2010 at 08:44 pm

I had 67 pre-paid prints in my account as well as a credit for a free flipbook. I was able to redeem both the pre-paids and the credit and use the free shipping! Hooray!

Curious if I sign my husband up on the account since he’s got a seperate credit card and such would snapfish have a fit about it? I’m trying to look through the legal jargin of the Terms and Conditions right now but it’s a lot to read. I got my 50 free prints last time and they were wonderful! I was so extremely pleased!

this did not work for me when i had a free credit for a mug and the live chat people would not help me at all i wouldn’t reccomend putting yourself through the frustration

Free shipping code worked fine for me. It looks like you’re only allowed to use the free shipping code once per account, though. I stupidly ordered half of my photos yesterday with the free code, then logged in to order the next batch of photos I wanted to get. I couldn’t get free shipping a second time.

  • Caroline October 24, 2010 at 01:06 pm

I used LiveChat to find out why my photo mug wasn’t coming up as free. The guy told me it would on the final receipt but that I couldn’t use the free shipping code on credits. I told him the information I read said “any order”. He said again not to use it. I did anyway. But the mug didn’t come off. But the $10.50 I paid for the mug, 20 prints and a 16×20 collage isn’t bad. Then I went back and did two more orders for Christmas cards although I couldn’t use the free shipping there. But still a pretty good deal. And I’ve got about half my Christmas cards done in October!

I signed up as a new customer and was only credited 20 free prints as well, not 50. Thank you for letting us know about the free shipping, though! That’s the only way to get things from Snapfish, I think, because their quality of prints is always very poor. But, I still like free! :)

  • Lindsay October 25, 2010 at 03:02 pm

It IS worth pursuing if you didn’t get your credit applied. I had only one out of 3 free credits in my order that did not apply; first they said it was because of the free shipping. But I pushed back and said that didn’t make sense since they did allow me to have free credit on the other two in the same order! They credited the money back to my credit card.
