Sad. I checked out the prices and didn’t sign up because they seemed to only have upscale stuff that I could never afford. I’m sad too because I could really really use new tennis shoes (the ones I have are about 7 years old!!!) and less than $10 for those would have been an awesome deal!

  2. Bethany says

I almost didn’t sign up for this last week, but VERY glad I did! My daughter has really been needing some new shoes, and I’ve just been waiting for just the right deal to come around. This was it! I couldn’t even find a pair of shoes at Walmart for $5…and theirs are crummy…THANKS SO MUCH Crystal!

I got a normally $100 dollar ice cream maker (it sells on amazon for around $90), for 28.95 shipped (using the $20 credit), what a great price for an awesome christmas gift.

  4. Amber says

What a terrible shopping experience. I had two pair of shoes in my cart as I was shopping, when I went to check-out they had been removed!!! What sort of custormer service is that??? I will not be giving any money to this site if this is the way they treat their custormers. I can understand things selling out quickly that are good deals, but robbing an item out of someones shopping cart is tacky at best.

    • Rae says

@Amber, At that same time, it’s not really fair for people to be able to just “hold” items in their cart. The other people wanting to buy it that are ready right them wouldn’t be able to get it even though they are sure they want it. Like at the Disney sale at Modnique, there was a Mickey watch that I really wanted and would have purchased right away but it wouldn’t let me add it to my cart because somebody already had it in their cart (and who knows it they even were planning on buying it or if they were putting “possibilities” into their cart). The only real fair way is to do first come first serve as it is at most sites.

      • Amber says

I would agree EXCEPT at Modnique you were given a time limit in which you needed to purchase the item. No such thing existed here.

    • Jennifer says

@Amber, Same thing happened to me, I’ve seen other sites at least give you 15 minutes, mine wasn’t in the cart for 5 and they took it out before I could put my credit card number in

Darn, sold out of the size I need for my 3 yr old. This would have been great as he needs shoes NOW! Hopefully another deal comes along so I don’t have to spend big money on shoes for him.

  6. Jennifer says

I got my dad some Reebok shoes for Christmas for only $8.95 shipped! So glad they had his size 12’s in stock!! What a bargain! Thanks!!!

  7. Kellee says

Thank you so much Money Saving Mom! I was able to purchase a pair of running shoes for my husband for only $8.95. Your site is such a blessing to our family!

  8. says

I used my credit on Sunday during their Sunday night specials. Bought an NC Tar Heels shirt (Mom’s alma mater!) for $9.85 shipped. More than I’d usually pay for a shirt, but it’s the prettiest I’ve seen except for $30-40+ at the school stores.

  9. Tina says

I didn’t like how they threw tax into the equation after the purchase was completed – that and they charged too much tax – must have included the shipping in the tax price. But otherwise, cheap shoes :)

  10. Hollaina says

For those of you who did sign up during the promotion but did NOT get the credit, e-mail customer service. I sent them three emails before I got my credit. I missed out on quite a few things I wanted as well. But, oh well.

  11. Angel says

@ Amber – On that type of website you can order one thing, then order another one later and by calling customer service they will combine your shipping. I think that on ruelala you can shop all day and it combines automatically, but double check to be sure…

  12. shelly says

Ugh, they’re sold out of all kid’s shoes and all the women’s that are under $29 :( It stinks not being able to check under after I get off work and then missing out.

  13. Miss Agnes says

    they have a few 29.00 sneakers….do you think it’s worth buying w/ the 20 credit? I really need a pair…wondering if I should wait.

  14. Kimberly says

I emailed their customer service and let them know that I signed up last week and had not yet received credit. Within an hour they had emailed me back and credited my account. =) They were very nice! I missed out on the shoes, but I know that I will find something great the next time.

  15. Megan says

Got the hubby a new pair of shoes – he desperately needed some and even paying $19 for the $29 ones, this was a good deal!
    Thanks for passing this on!

wasnt sure where to post this but i did receive my order from one kings lane, a similar site, and they even included a cute and great smelling candle in a tin. Everything was packaged beautifully. I would def order from them again especially for a good deal on a splurge item.
