I blame you for my addiction to coconut oil! :) I first bought some a few months ago when Nutriva was on sale. Oh my goodness. It makes my baked goods such a delicious treat. I also use it as a natural diaper rash cream. Just bought some more last night. Thanks!

@shannon, Coconut oil is amazing, isn’t it? I don’t know if you are referring to me or Crystal (because I think we’re both responsible for turning people on to coconut oil), but I also use it for SO many things and just love it. :)

That coconut oil is a great deal for one jar I paid twice what it’s on sale for. You can use it for cooking or as a great natural (non-toxic) deep hair conditioner.

The Ecos laundry detergent is a great deal on soap.com at $7.63 (after the discount) and the bottle does 100 HE loads!

@Aisha, Oh, that is a good price on Ecos– thanks Aisha!

Thanks for the info on the beef at Whole Foods. Does Whole Foods have sales like this often? On my way to drop off my husband’s clothes at the cleaners I ran in and got 5 lbs of the beef. I had the butcher individually wrap the meat in 1 lb packages. When I got home I froze 4 lbs and left 1 lb down for grilled hamburgers tomorrow!

@Yvette, No, deals like this beef one don’t happen very often, so it’s great that you managed to get some! I do watch the Whole Foods newsletters, though, so the next time anything like this comes up again it will be either on my blog, SavingNaturally.com, and possibly here on MSM as well.
