@Elisa, Oooh, in Indy and Chicago through today at Meijer (I think they are the only cities that run the ads Th-W instead of S-S), they have the cheese $3/5 — if you get 10, your total comes to $16.70, -$10 (2 $5/5 coupons) = $6.70. Then you get a $5 catalina back, so that’s $1.70 for 10 chunks or bags of cheese or only $0.17 each! I have a ton of cheese already, but I don’t know that I can resist that!

Cheese will freeze. I just put these bags/chunks straight into the freezer till we need them, then move them to the refridgerator to defrost.
My Meijer’s ad says that only the Kraft Singles, Natural Cracker Cuts, and Chunk are included in the deal…..not the shredded…I was sooo disappointed! Oh well! Still a good deal!

Ok, can anyone point me to a spot where the Kraft catalina is printed? I did this deal twice tonight (IL–Chicago burbs) and no catalinas printed. I asked at customer service, and they looked at me like I had 2 heads–said they didn’t know anything about a Kraft catalina. Grrrr..
@Rachel, I am in Ohio an it states specifically in the ad. Don’t remember what page but I no it was on the right side.
They also are running the 3/5$ deal on cheese on the S-S ads for Meijers as well!
This results in free cheese at Jewel-Osco when combined with the Catalina currently running.
I see that Safeway has a Kraft cheese store coupon this week in their circular too, so I think you could combine for a great deal!
I’ve never printed this coupon and it’s telling me I’ve already printed the coupon the number of times allowed. Not happy
Meijer has Kraft cream cheese for $1.25 this week; 5 packs for only $1.25!
Also at Stater Bros. this week, there’s a mix and match sale, with many Kraft products at their “lowest price of the year” when you buy 10, including cream cheese. ($.99)

Makes cheese free at Albertsons after Catalina. 5 for $10 – $5 coupon and then a $5 catalina prints. I am already good on cheese but can’t pass up free cheese.
I used 2 of these coupons today at Meijer with the deal that Elisa suggested above. I then used my $5 catalina from the cheese to buy 2 gallons of milk and butterscotch chips. I used the self-checkout, and the attendant came over to enter my $5 off. I put in my $20 b/c the total was $2.xx, and the machine gave me back $22.xx. ???? I then looked at my receipt and it showed the total was -$2,93. The attendant put in the $5 catalina twice. I went to customer service to tell them what happened and they said “we can’t return a coupon, so it’s your lucky day!”. So I paid $6.xx oop for the cheese deal and then got paid $2.93 to buy milk, so my trip was really 3.xx OOP for 10 packages of cheese, 2 gallons of milk, and butterscotch chips. a.m.a.z.i.n.g. i heart good deals. =)
@Sara, Sara, how did you get it to work? I used it on shreds, crumbles and chunk and it didn’t work. I read MommySnacks blog that didn’t include the shreds. Did you not purchase any of those?
@Jen, I only bought the chunks, because the catalina was for singles, cracker cuts, or chunks. Sorry it didn’t work for you. =(

I tried to use this coupon at Wal-Mart today and they would not accept it. Oh, well. I made my way to Hy-vee and the coupon went through without a glitch.

Oh no I was planning on using mine at Walmart, that really stinks. Did they tell you why they wouldnt accept it or was it because the computer didnt recognize it?

When the cashier scanned the coupon it only took off $2. She called the manager and the manager said that they can only take it for the amount that the computer recognizes as.

The same thing happen to me! It only took 2$ off. I was ticked, however the cheese was on sale already, so even with the two $ off it made for a pretty good deal, but don’t use this at Wal-Mart because you will only get 2$ off.
@Paige, The same thing happened to me in Kissimmee, FL. Walmart only took off $2 off!!!!!
Albertsons is the way to go….can’t beat FREE cheese!

A word of caution; Wal Mart refuses to honor these coupons at face value.
I just used my coupons at Meijer and had a little trouble. The cashier was new and had to call a supervisor over. The supervisor would not speak to me or look at me, and went into frantic mode looking through a book of “fraudulent coupons”. I asked if there was a problem and she just said, “I am just wanting to check this one”. She called the manager who quickly verified they were accepting the coupons. She punched it through and walked away. Just be prepared to have an issue if they have not seen the coupon before. Everything ended up fine, but just had to deal with a little hassle and embarrassment!
Hubby thought he would be sweet and go do this deal for me. One clerk, two manager and the third degree and he left Wal-mart with no cheese.
I recently got a $3.50 off $7.00 dairy catalina at Meijer. It was a store catalina so I paired it with the Kraft coupon. Meijer paid me today to take 5 bags of shredded cheese home. Thank you.
I’ve read this hint on other coupons before, but in case you haven’t seen it: If you are using Firefox, you may need to switch to Safari to print this. It kept telling me to install the coupon software (which I have installed many times before!) on Firefox, but Safari sent it right to my computer. HOORAY!
Apparenly there are people who making fraudulent copies of these coupons. My Meijer who is usually very coupon friendly went over the coupon with a fine-toothed comb. Family Fare in Allendale (MI) will not take any of them.
Just out of curiosity, where is this coupon actually coming from? I have tried looking all over Kraft’s website and cannot seem to find it. I just want to make sure it is legit.
Target would not accept this coupon. I will try Albertsons, hopefully will have better luck there. better deal too.
