Just called the number they give and they said it is only online and they can’t help, but to keep trying and eventually it should let you order.

I’ve been trying since around noon and have gotten the same response all day ‘high volume’. Called the customer service line and was told that they really don’t deal with online promotions and that I should wait an hour and try again.

@Brooke, Well, 12 hours of off and on trying, I think I’m calling it quits for tonight. It was a happy thought to maybe get a free toy I could give to my nephew as a ‘just because’ gift, but oh well it was definitely worth a shot!!!

(5:21pm cst) If you tried earlier and it didn’t work, try again! I just tried again and though it was slowwww, it did finally go all the way through and said my order was confirmed, will arrive in 6-8 weeks!

It took about an hour to get the Trio deal to work. If you get to the contact information page and then it says Due to high volume… just hit the back button. it keeps your information and then just keep doing this repeatedly. I’m stuck on bedrest so I could do this.

I tried this from 6:45pm CST – 11:40pm and then again today I started at 6:15am … and still trying. I’m wondering if I’ll be able to get it before work :( Anyone else feel like the guy down under has to wear ice skates for half of the savings and freebies to work for ya. I spend more time trying to get this then I should I should teach my children how to do this so I can get my house work done :)

I tried at 4:50 am EST and it went through with no problems. Good thing Michigan is part of the USA–unlike Ohio (?) Wonder how that works? I, too, tried yesterday to no avail and finally gave up. Good luck to the folks still trying.

I just did ordered and it went through at almost 2 pm today. I ordered it before I saw that it says on here that the deal is expired. I didn’t get a message of it being expired when I ordered though… it said it went through and to expect it in 8-10 weeks.
