I have done this promotion Twice (in previous years) and have Never received Any toothbrush. :(

Crystal September 2, 2010 at 2:24 pm

Did you contact them about it?

MrsK September 2, 2010 at 4:41 pm

Thank you.

Ann September 2, 2010 at 2:25 pm

I did this last time, and they did not give me the toothbrush so I wrote them. They sent coupons for the free toothbrush as well as coupons for other products, so MrsK, write them!

Your child earns points by logging into their bedtime habits log on their website. then after they get enough points your child gets a toothbrush.

teresa September 2, 2010 at 3:21 pm

Do you happen to know how many points are needed to earn it?

tracie September 2, 2010 at 3:23 pm

We’ve done this twice and both times we got our toothbrushes.

Janice September 2, 2010 at 4:14 pm

Perfect timing! We are going to do a unit in Health on Taking Care of your Teeth starting next week! Thanks!

We also did this and did not get any toothbrushes, however I did not contact them about it

Katherine September 2, 2010 at 6:51 pm

I did it twice, too and never received anything. I will have to try writing them about it.

Lindsay September 2, 2010 at 7:40 pm

We also did it once before and never got our toothbrushes. Guess we will try again and contact them this time if we dont get them again.

I did it last year, and I got toothbrushes for all 3 of my kiddos. So it is worth a shot, it worked for me!

jen September 3, 2010 at 9:21 am

I did this for all of my kids last year and they did not send the toothbrushes or ever follow up contact. I won’t be wasting my time with this one.

It won’t let me, it says I need to enter a day for the birthday, but it’s not giving me the option of any numbers, I’ve tried both of the options provided!1 :(

I am very upset i have been tracking my kids log for almost a week. i logged in and updated the log and it said i had 15 points and needed 30 more to hit the next milestone. (it says no where on the site what the milestones are) I tried to go back and look at the log and both of my kids info disappeared and it made me start a new log. thus meaning i have lost everything including my points which now say 0. i then try to contact them and i have no idea who i am supposed to contact about it. i am very unhappy about this.
