They are going to spend your tax dollars on something so you might as well order a calendar and have it spent on yourself.

@Nancy, The calendars promote health and offer reminders on various important appointments. If they succeed in reminding enough women to make those appointments, the money will be saved in our health $$ and our productivity as members of society, which is a long-term plus.
