I couldn’t find any shoes for 4.99…
My email said that the $10 reward is only good when you purchase two pairs of NON-clearance shoes.

I tried it this morning, and the free shipping wasn’t applying. It charged me $5.95 for shipping so I canceled my order. I might try it again later?
@Andrea, I had the same problem it was charging me shipping but if you call the 1800 # the will fix that. i bought shoe that cost 11.99 and paid only $2.15. Free shipping. The lady on the phone said that if they don’t fit that I can always exchange it for a different pair of shoes. So order something now and use the code and if they don’t fit or you don’t like it take it back to jcpenny when they come in and exchange it.
It said that the coupon code couldn’t be validated at this time that my total was TBD to be determined….but I could go ahead and place my order with my credit card. Seems a little scary to me to not know the total before hand.
All the shoes I looked at last night said “no longer available” so I gave up.

yes, yesterday when i kept trying to place my order- it kept saying unavaiable- so i called the customer service and it was avaiable- so i would call…i got the shoes for 1.07…just like everyone else- so call them

I didn’t get shoes for $1 or $2, but I did get a pair of shoes I have been wanting for a good deal. I have been looking at the Skechers Shape Ups, but $100 was out of my budget. I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes in a similar style for $64 shipped. Thanks!

the 1,2, and $3 dollar shoes in kids are all gone. i tried every shoe in every size and they were not available. should have ordered more last night. i have 5 girls so sizes dont matter to me someone was getting shoes who ever they happened to fit. i did get 2 pair of the 9.99 shoes. so 2 pair of church shoes for 10.00 cant beat that.

I placed my orders yesterday. And they didn’t send me an email or call me to let me know they cancelled them. I checked with my order # on their site to get the status and all but one order said cancelled.

Eh, I wasn’t interested in any shoes – but i got a couple shirts for .98 + shipping = $7.41…not bad since the clearance racks at the penney’s here are still outrageously priced
I got a pair of Fiona sandals for 6.30 shipped, great deal when you consider the origional price. They were still available today in most sizes.

I got some penny loafers for my son for church for 4.99 shipped!
I had to call Cust Svc to get the order to go through correctly (wanted to charge me $5.95 shipping, too). But, I was able to get 3 of the 2-packs of the Mixit flip flops (so 6 pairs total) for $2.06 shipped! I’m in CO, so we have tax on internet orders, otherwise, it would have been cheaper! But, $0.34 per pair of flip flops MAKES MY DAY!!
I just tried this and got a pair of shoes for $8. I had a hard time with the code but if you put it in lower case it seems to work.

has anyone tried doing this with their spouse’s name? They cancelled my extra orders, which is fine, I can live without 2 of the pairs. But, there was a pair of Nike’s I wanted to get my son for school…

Hi I work at Pennys (family shoes) THE ASSOCIATES SHOULD DO WHAT WE DO AT THE ROCKAWAY NJ LOCATION. WE SUBSCRIBE TO THE “YES I CAN” SLOGAN. Sometimes an item may not be in stock or a free ship may not come up. Usually we can rectify things with a phone call to Cat sales. Our store management will always assist. If this still creates a problem, have items shipped to the nearest Penny’s store, as to ship to a store, they never charge delivery. If an item is clearanced, it may come up at the original price, but again the associate can place your order by phone, and we can usually manually override the price to accomodate your coupons. Penny’s will also usually honor coupons even after a sales event is over, for a few days after at least. Believe me, Penny’s associates (at our location anyway) are instructed to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to make your shopping satisfactory.

Crystal, Thank you so much for the heads up on the J.C. Penny shoe deal. I am happy to say that I am now wearing a pair of cute and comfy wedge flip flops that I paid .99 for! (the .99 compliments of Citizens Bank Green-Sense program, thank you very much). After finding a pair of inexpensive summer shoes that I liked, in my size that were still in stock, I did have to call customer service to have the order pushed through, but even that was hassle free. The CSR was helpful and pleasantly surprised at the deal her company was offering, saying she was going to order a pair asap. lol My new shoes arrived on time and the product is above average for a $22 pair of flip flops. The experience was so good, I encouraged my bf to hop on line and find a pair of sandals, too! He found a great pair, only 2.99 out of pocket, and we are awaiting their arrival.
