I played but it didn’t produce a coupon when I lost the freebie.

I played, lost too. I didn’t get the coupon either – it said get your $1 coupon but there wasn’t anywhere or anything to click to get it. I went back and played again today – still no coupon.
I didn’t get a coupon either. The screen says there’s a coupon, but I sure couldn’t find it. Any ideas??

No coupon for me either even though it said that I could use this coupon.
Had the same problem. Said you didn’t win but use this coupon and no coupon showed up. Clicked to go to website and still no coupon.

Same problem here…no coupon
I just went in and played again and I got a link for the coupon. On my screen there is a picture of a guy and on the right side of him near the bottom it says Play Again and on the left side of him it says Sorry… and there is a button that says Get Coupon Now.
I’m not sure why it is not showing up for everyone…

I didn’t get a coupon either. I went to the FAQ’s and there was a form to fill out if you still had a question they didn’t answer. I mentioned the coupon trouble. They said I should receive an e-mail reply within three business days. We’ll see.
No coupon visible for me either. Played it three times—never saw anywhere to print the coupon despite the fact it said it was there…

Well…I played yesterday and it said I could get a coupon but it never showed up. I played this morning and the verbiage about ‘great savings’ with ‘this coupon’ is not there anymore. Hmmm…wonder what’s going on.
For anyone who wants to try the Dole game again, re-register with a different email address and use zip code 02760. Then, once you lose, you should see a link to the coupon (Bricks, two copies).

Like most everyone else…no coupon after playing the game.
Apparently it’s regional. It worked for me only with certain zip codes.
