I found that this did not work if you were ordering something for download. In other words, it will only be free if you’re purchasing something that is going to be shipped.

How did it show up? I had to call in because it said my debit card number wasn’t legit but it is. The customer service person said because I used that code was maybe why it wouldn’t take my card?
I would really like this book if the offer is current, would like to know if others are having problems so I can contact cust. serv. again and ask for the offer to be placed with my order. Feeling frustrated!

I used a credit card…maybe that was the difference? I chose Total Money Makeover, entered the code Crystal gave, it added the book at $0.00 and I checked out. I hope you can get it to work!
That’s possible — or it’s possible that the customer service rep was mistaken. At any rate, it’s their prerogative to disable it if they don’t want it to be used.

UPDATE: I just talked to cust. serv. again today because I haven’t recieved a reciept through email. I received an email saying I still had an item in my cart, and if I ordered I could get the More than enough book free using the code MORE. So, I knew something was up. I called cust. serv., talked to the same person, he apologize saying he had not been aware of this new offer on Sat., and added the book to my order.
This must have been one of those things!
Anyway, I am really looking forward to reading the book and listening to my new cd!
