If you requested a Pantene sample recently watch for a $2.00/2 Pantene coupon that is included with the sample!

How does a BoGo coupon work on a BoGo sale? I tried that on something else a while back at CVS, but the manager couldn’t follow my reasoning, and I’m not sure I was making sense anyway. I ended up getting BoGo 50% off, but not both for free.

mike May 11, 2010 at 6:15 pm

@Heather Campbell, Email CVS customer service and print off their response to bring with you to the store. They say if something’s BOGO, you can use 1 mfr coupon and 1 store coupon (including another BOGO coupon). I had the same problem in the past and was accused of “coupon fraud” and I now carry the email with me and have used it a few times. Most recently to get 2 movie dvds free because the cashier couldn’t understand how to use the coupon.

Erin May 10, 2010 at 8:41 am

I tried to get the BOGO coupon from Softscrub but the only coupon available was $1/1???

Ana May 10, 2010 at 9:08 am

@Erin,
Sign in and go to exclusive member offers, then you will see the coupon.

april May 11, 2010 at 6:19 pm

I also tried to print the coupons and the only ones that it offered was the 1.00 off.

Chris May 13, 2010 at 8:10 am

@Erin, Ditto when I tried earlier this week but just a few minutes ago I was able to print the $2 coupon for Soft Scrub Total.

liah May 10, 2010 at 8:49 am

Pantene was on clearance at our Target last week.

Melissa May 10, 2010 at 9:01 am

I tried the Infusium deal last night at Wal-greens. It wouldn’t take both coupons.

Lecia May 10, 2010 at 9:15 am

@Melissa,

Were you only buying one bottle of Infusium? You would need to purchase 2 things to be able to use 2 coupons. Candy is on sale for $.39 – great filler item!

AKelly May 10, 2010 at 10:25 am

@Melissa, One thing Wags does is makes you buy the same number of items or more for the number of coupons you have. So, if you tried to use 2 Qs (insert Q and Wags Q), then you need to have at least 2 items rung up. There are little candies by the registers you can use as a filler if you don’t have anything else you need. HTH

Deborah May 10, 2010 at 9:10 am

Melissa, did you use the manufacturer’s coupon first? It only works if you use the mfr’s coupon and then the WAG coupon.

chetna May 10, 2010 at 9:20 am

i went walgreens saturday evening and my wags start sale on saturday noon so i bought 6 softscrub and use 2 buy one get one,and (2) $2 off coupons and i paid only 0.00+tax so just oop=0.75.very good deal.

Ashlynn May 10, 2010 at 9:32 am

Can you use walgreens register rewards that you’ve earned the store for online purchases?

Jessica Chandler May 12, 2010 at 7:32 am

@Ashlynn, Hey Ashlynn, :) went to your website… soo cool!! -jessica

My local Walgreen’s computers are set up to where if they have a BOGO sale it rings up weird. Razors were BOGO and I had BOGO qs, but instead of ringing up one at 6.99 and another at 0, it rang up one for 5.99 and the other for 1.00, therefore my BOGO qs wouldn’t work. I was a little irritated because I had called the manager that morning to verify the policy and this is not what I was told. However, my CVS takes BOGO qs with BOGO sales no problem! They even tested out for me the first time because they were not sure how it would work.

Thank you for this deal!! I was almost out of Comet and this is a much nicer alternative to getting Comet dust everywhere, especially since I’m pregnant. The deal worked out fine and I ended up using my RR’s on tons of clearance items – Puffs with Vick’s (my fave) are on clearance at one of our local Wags. Before coupons my order was $16.82 – after coupons it was 88 cents!

Laura May 10, 2010 at 12:19 pm

Just be careful with the Softscrub with Bleach. I ruined a new bath rug by getting bleach spots on it. And I thought I was being careful!!

Christine May 10, 2010 at 11:13 am

The Soft Scrub BOGOF coupon wouldn’t work at my WAGS either. My cashier tried everything and even asked the manager and she said that I couldn’t do it. Oh, well, I did get the free Infusium, MM razor blades & free shaving cream. So I’m still happy.

Carrie Sitarski May 10, 2010 at 1:29 pm

I went this morning to Walgreens too and they would not let me use the BOGO softscrub coupon. The “manager” wouldn’t allow it.

Rachel May 10, 2010 at 2:04 pm

I jut tried to get a BOGO coupon off of the Soft Scrub page, but all that I could find were $1.00 off coupons. Am I looking in the wrong spot. Thanks in advance for your help.

Did anyone else not get the Infusium coupon yesterday? Of course I could have filed them wrong, but I don’t see them anywhere.

Megan May 10, 2010 at 6:35 pm

My Walgreens wouldn’t let me do thie Soft Scrub deal. They wouldn’t honor the coupon on top of their sale. Big bummer!

Diane May 10, 2010 at 6:45 pm

My walgreens wouldn’t let me use my BOGO coupon either!

Carrie P. May 10, 2010 at 9:18 pm

I think the companies and the stores are getting more picky about coupons lately. Just my take. I am in a semi-small town and there is not one store that doubles or takes more than one coupon for anything that I am aware of. I think they want us to get good deals…but too good is prob. too good to be true I have found. :o (

Sheri McKinney May 10, 2010 at 9:48 pm

Our WG in Pell City, Alabama would not let us use the BOGO coupon on the Soft scrub.

Melissa May 11, 2010 at 7:11 am

I’m not sure how the Infusium is coming out free for you guys. It’s $5.99 – the $2 coupon makes it $3.99 – the $3 coupon makes it $0.99…right?

Salena May 11, 2010 at 7:25 am

Our Walgreens has gotten *very* picky. I had trouble this week using a coupon and a Register Reward on the same product. I had to buy another item for it to go through. As someone else has pointed out, you have to have at least as many items as coupons being used. However, CVS doesn’t seem to have any issue with my coupons/ECBs.

Salena May 11, 2010 at 7:27 am

Also, meant to add, that all of our local stores are not taking internet (printable) coupons. I have noticed signs recently in every store. Too much fraud, I guess.

L. Olson May 11, 2010 at 7:31 pm

The BOGO Soft Scrub coupon says I have already printed it… when I haven’t. :(

aludemann May 12, 2010 at 6:21 am

How do you get the May coupon book from Walgreens?

haleemay May 15, 2010 at 4:26 pm

They’re in the store right next to the ads.

petchk79 May 12, 2010 at 11:27 am

I tried to use the buy one get one coupon at two different Walgreens and both said that I couldn’t use it because it was already buy one get one, I just ended up using different coupons, still a good buy.
