I managed to grab one, and I guess it will come by mail, because this is what it says:

Your free salon-quality gift will arrive in the mail very soon. We hope you love your new Suave® shampoo and conditioner and more importantly, your beautiful hair!

You can also get one from the Rachel Ray show. It’s loading slow so their may be problems right now.

got an error message and was unable to submit the form from the suave facebook page. (happened 3x) anyone else having issues? i’m using a mac, browser is safari.

Yes, seems like a lot of people are getting error messages. I’m sure it is being flooded with requests!

I had an error message but kept hitting the “back” button to resubmit and it went through. Keep trying, its probably flooded with requests!

I tried with Internet Explorer and couldn’t get thru, but when I switched and used FireFox browser…I got right in!

Mine worked, but it definitely said that the product would come by mail, not via a free coupon. I’m curious to see what it is, because I normally use Suave Professionals, and I would have rather gotten a coupon I could use on what I know I like! But that’s ok, free is free, and if I don’t I can always give it away.
