WOW! I wish I could get those prices. I seriously believe that our particular store looks out for coupons and raises their prices. Seems silly I know. But I remember when that $5 coupon came out for EPT, they were out. When they came it, the price went from $5.97 – $9.98. GAH!
Same with the Rimmel Mascara. $3.07- coupon comes out lowest I can find is $4.68.
Day before the Wheaties coupon came out, there was a 2 grocery carts filled of them. I go next day with my coupon and they are gone. That I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt though. That was such a good price that I can see how tehy would be snagged up quickly.
But we have such a big coupon town that everything is constantly changing.
I tried to print the bubble bath coupon, but came up and told me I’ve already printed it the allowed number of times. I’ve never printed it! Bummer.
Yes, I do believe the prices change too…. Ive also seen stores pull the merchandise when they know people are able to get it free (I worked retail & have seen it happen)….
Anywho… Just letting you know that Kroger has the green giant steamers on sale for $1.28 & they double coupons that say Do Not Double (it is just in their system to double up to .50 daily) so they work out to only .28 !
Sacramento walmarts stated that they no longer except printable coupons.
my walmart does not carry muir glen brand and the gold medal flour was $2.28 to start so the $.75 off coupon was just a wee bit better than buying the 5# bag from Aldi ($1.55 there). Yeah, I see prices go up on items with coupons and for some odd reason my walmart doesn’t have the same sale prices as others. go figure!
The bubble bath coupon is also not working for me
In my area Fareway has 5 lb. Gold Medal Flour on sale for .99 (one limit), matched with the .75/1 makes them .24
I couldn’t print the Bubble Bath Coupon either. But at Target this week they have their Olay body washes for 5-something (I’m not sure how much, but around 5 dollars, maybe 5.33?) Anyway, you buy 3, you get a 5 dollar giftcard, and then I saw where you can get a rebate from Olay. You would end up making some money off that one! Also, some of the body washes came with little samples on the front. I would check your Targets to see if they’re running this deal too! Ours were kind of “hidden” in the back end cap of one of the ailse.
I just want to share with you that this post inspired my husband to join me in the coupon madness! He saw your post about the Old Spice Body Wash and asked if I had those coupons. I had 2 of the $3/2 coupons, so off he went to Walmart. He was excited and he did great!!! He got 4 of the body washes (travel sized), travel sized hair gel, and 2 lbs of bananas. He paid 16 cents!!! Next I sent him to Food Lion with our Nabisco cookies and milk coupon, where he got 2 bags of Chips Ahoy and a gallon of milk for the price of the milk. Yay! I think he’s hooked!

Our walmart in Statesville, NC had the Gold medal flour for $1.50 so with the coupon I got it for $.75!!! Was so proud and glad I had two coupons!!!
