I’m a member, but I think they’ve got high volume…their site’s crashed.
Server too busy. Those companies need to beef up their server farms for when Money Saving Mom tells her fans about an offer!!
I’m a member but I have never been able to log in. It takes me round and round in circles and never lets me view anything. Just keeps asking for passwords and usernames. I’ve pretty much quit trying. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

@Tami, I just did the same thing, Tami…but when I requested my username and password I realized I had a different username than I thought I did! Hope you get it figured out – I have my free coupon being mailed!

@Tami, I’ve had the same issue as you, and did the same as Sarah DJ. I, too, had been entering the wrong username although it recognized the username I had been entering from kraftfoods.com.
I was able to get through on my second try and they said a coupon for a free package is on its way!
I want to know why some people always get free coupons, and others don’t. I don’t think it’s fair. I don’t want to complain, but I just want to know why…
No free one for me, just the $1/1 coupon. Why do some people get the free and some don’t?
I thought I only got a printable $1 off coupon last time (onDiGorno 200 Calories pizza), but later on I got a free coupon in the mail. Got the $1 off printable this time too for the cream cheese, but after I printed it, it said “Thanks, your offer is on its way.” I’m thinking I’ll get a free coupon by mail again!
I never get any coupons, free or otherwise, from this program because the Bricks page doesnt display properly and there’s nothing for me to click on. I’ve emailed the company numerous times but they’ve not been able to offer any solution. I dont have any problems with Brick coupons on any other sites.

CJ, the free one doesn’t come on a brick, but for the other coupons, if the brick page comes up at all, go to the bottom to the “help” and it should give you the option to send your coupon in the mail. I have done that plenty of times when I am low on ink!
I continually got the “Server is Busy” notice each time I tried to submit a section of the sign-up form, but I found I could just hit my Back button and retry and it would finally work for me. HTHs someone!
I, too, got the $1 coupon but I’m hoping my local store will be offering it for sale so I can get a good deal!!

Like Michelle, I was able to print a coupon for the DiGiorno 200 cal pizza, but a “FREE” product coupon came in the mail about a month later.
I tried to print mine and got as far as the coupon loading and it said I had already printed the offer. Bummed as I never did print it and I think there website must have issues. It never told me anything was on the way either:(
