Think there’s a problem with the second link.
Good news about the Kotex one….in the fine print it says 2 sample packages per household!

Thanks! Both links worked for me. I got some great deals last week at Safeway & Walgreens using bogof and some high value coupons from the fem. products manufacturers. These are always a good use of time!
