Make SURE that your receipt is dated! I bought mine at Rite Aid online and for some reason they don’t date the receipts that come in the shipping boxes. It turned out that Olay rejected the Quench rebate — Ugh!

Just make sure your receipt is dated and you’ll be set!

also, the condition is “not to combine with any offer”. I’m assuming that means you can’t use ECB or RR to pay for the product and get the purchase price back. Does anyone know if that’s true or will they decline it or refund you with the purchase price minus the ECB/RR?

Did anyone do the $15 rebate on the Olay total effects body wash? Mine got returned to me yesterday saying that the product UPC I purchased is not included in the rebate offer, but there is a picture of the product I purchased on the rebate form and the rebate form says any 3 body washes. Anyone have this problem?

@Misty, yes, I got mine back, too, and apparently so did many other people. Over at TotallyTarget.com, that blog owner got through to customer service and got an answer about what happened. She also posted a solution to try and a different toll-free number to call if the rebate gets denied a second time.

There was a $1 coupon for this lotion in the last P&G insert, which makes this a $1 moneymaker!

Thanks for posting this! I got mine yesterday- I should have gotten the largest size, but I didn’t have the offer with me and didn’t want it to be excluded, so I went “safe”.

Yay- 75 cent lotion! (Tax and a stamp)
