Wow! The Facebook coupons just keep rolling out. I’m loving it! If you don’t have a Facebook account yet, I’d recommend getting one just to jump on all these high-value coupons and freebies which are available to Facebook fans.

Become a fan of Planter’s on Facebook and then click on the $1.50/1 Planter’s coupon here to print!

Here’s how to get free Planter’s Trail Mix at Walgreens this week:

Buy two Planters Trail Mix at $1.99 each
Use two $1.50/1 Planters Nuts coupon
Use $1/2 Planters Trail Mix Walgreens store  coupon from the March Booklet
Free after coupons

It’s also reported that some Kroger stores have these on sale for $1.99 right now making them only $0.49 after the coupon.

Thanks for all your great tips!! I’m new to couponing, and so this is probably a stupid question. :) You mentioned using two of the Planters coupons… does that mean that it’s acceptable to print more than one coupon (or to photocopy them)? I wasn’t sure if on-line coupons are “one use only” type of coupons or not… Thanks again!

You cannot photocopy coupons; that is coupon fraud and could land you in jail or with a big fine. However, most coupons allow you to print twice. And as a rule of thumb, you can usually use one coupon per item purchased.

I hope that helps!

Oh this is wonderful! I love keeping these for hubby for a protein snack at work. YEs!

Crystal,

Your comment about joining Facebook just for all the coupons has me intrigued. I do not want to use Facebook for social networking (that’s just not my thing right now) especially since I am trying to put my family first and spend as little time on the computer as I can manage. Can you join Facebook without putting any of your personal information out there for the world to see? Anyone know who has experience with Facebook?

Thanks.

@LK, I’m with you, LK. I blog, but I have resisted joining facebook because I think it’d zap my time. Sure, there are people I could stay in touch with…but really, I can only maintain so many relationships! These great coupons have me wondering if I should reconsider, though, so I’d be curious to hear anyone’s input on this who is familiar with facebook. Sorry I’m not of any help!

@LK, You can keep your information private so only “friends” can see it. You can limit your friend requests by selecting not to come up when people search for you by name.

@LK, Just make up a person. If I wanted to, I could use my email address I only use for coupons/offers/sweeps that noone knows I have and sign up for Facebook as Jane Doe. No one will know it’s you so no friend requests. It’s not like Facebook checks to see if you’re real.

double check before you go, but I think they are 3/$5 at CVS!

Is there any way to get this coupon without joining Facebook? I do not feel it is a safe and as another lady above said it is not a good use of my time.

Crystal March 17, 2010 at 3:56 pm

No, unfortunately, you have to have a Facebook account to get a coupon. However, you don’t have to actively use your Facebook account.

Does anyone know what Walgreens’ official stance on the “manufacturer” coupons is? I’m having trouble using the booklet coupons with clipped or printed coupons as they BOTH say they are manufacturer coupons.

@Barb, I always stack my MQ with SQ(even they say it’s MQ), never had any problem. Talk to the store manager or supervisor, maybe the cashier is new or something. If it still doesn’t work, try another location.

I went yesterday to try to get the trail mix free at wags. The cashier told me I could not use the booklet Q with with the MQ b/c they are both MQ’s. I still got the mix for 50 cents a bag which is good but free would be better. I am also wondering what their official policy is.

It will be FREE plus $1 overage starting 3/28 at Walgreens. It will on sales for 2/$3 and you may use 2x$1.5/1 and $1/2 SQ. I always use the coupons from WAG coupon booklet and stack with MQ, never have problem before.
