Me, my aunt, and a friend used their church's BIG kitchen and cooked up a storm! I came home with 5 meatloaf, 3 1/2 bags of meatballs, 2 bags of salisbury steak patties, 3 dozen burger patties, 4 bags of chili dog sauce (yummy!), and 2 bags of chopped onion!!! Not bad for a 4 hour investment!!! I didn’t blog about this (not this time) but we had a ground beef cooking session planned for this morning. I love to freeze spaghetti sauce. I just throw some plain tomato sauce in a crock pot to cook all day when I am lounging around or working on things online and toss in a couple of bay leaves, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powders with a little bit of olive oil, and voila, sauce for weeks!
