The first coupon says it is only good at Meijer, Kroger, Strack and Van Til. Will Walmart accept it?
I was able to use the coupon at Walmart this morning. (Bags weren’t on sale for $1 at mine though.)
The bags at my walmart are over $4 so I decided not to get them.

They are over $4 at mine as well.
Florida Panhandle
At my store the cereal was over $4 as well, in the regular cereal aisle. But as I walked around the store there was a bin full of the cereal that was marked $1. It was over by the toys, dont know if this helps or not….
